I would post this with 0 starts but yelp will not let me. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CASE! THEY ARE UNORGANIZED, UNETHICAL, DISHONEST, AND THEY WILL ROB YOU. I would not let this firm handle my case even if they were doing it for free. I have worked with many attorney firms in my lifetime and this was by far the worst There are plenty of good honest attorneys out there. I suggest you search for someone better. This firm is the McDonald's of immigration attorneys. They just spend a ton of money on advertising so they can have a big name. THEY ARE UNORGANIZED In May 2020 Latorre took a $1000 deposit on a $2500 case for us. Latorre never gave us any sort of contract to sign and never gave us a termination date for our case. At that time Latorre provided a list of documents for us to compile to start the case and never gave us any sort of deadline to have them compiled. In October 2020 Latorre assigned us a new assistant to handle our case. The new assistant provided us with a new list of documents to start to compile which was different from the original list. In February 2021 Latorre sent us a letter and gave us a new list of documents to compile which was different from the original list and said that we had a deadline of March 1, 2021 in which I had to dispute with them. In March 2021 Latorre sent us another letter and gave us an updated list of documents to compile which was again different from the previous list and they said that we had a deadline of April 20, 2021 in which I continued to have to dispute with them. In May they yet again gave us an augmented list of documents to compile some of which were not on the previous list and they gave us a new deadline of June 1, 2021 in which I still continued to have to dispute with them. Lattore ended up closing the case in July 2021 Over the course of the case we never once spoke with an actual attorney, only assistants. Even when we requested to speak to an attorney they refused, because all of their attorneys work though assistants. Over the course of the case they gave us 4 different lists of documents to compile. Some documents were the same on each list, but each list had some extra documents that the others did not. Over the course of the case we communicated approximately 8-10 emails and maybe 5 phone calls all with assistants. The majority of which communication was to dispute their deadlines and premature closure of the case, which was non productive towards our case. THEY ARE UNETHICAL Since we did not get the complete list of documents together they did not do any work on our case and closed it prematurely. They would not provide and refund on our deposit nor continue our case without us forfeiting the deposit that we paid THEY ARE DISHONEST When questioned about the work they did they simply said that they spent 10 hours on our case, which is an absolute lie. Furthermore they are unable to tell us what they spent 10 hours doing. They refused to provide us with any documentation detailing any work they did. They have lied verbally and in writing that they spent time keeping our case open with the National Visa Center. We don't even have a case open with the NVC. Our case has nothing to do with the NVC at this point of time. The USCIS did not automatically transfer our case to the NVC for pre-processing because my wife is inside the USA and we have not yet submitted application DS-260 to open a case with the NVC. This is evidence of how little the law firm knows about our case and has blatantly lied about the work they have done on our case. No ethical attorney would take money from a client and not refund any balance that they did not do any work against THAT IS THEFT. THIS IS ILLEGAL. AND THEN WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT IT THEY LIE AND SAY THEY WORKED 10 HOURS AND CANNOT/WILL NOT SUPPORT THEIR CLAIMS. I can't imagine how many other clients they have done something like this to. read more

The Law Offices of Stefan Latorre are wonderful they take all types of cases from immigration to accidents and criminal cases. Consultations are always free for accident cases and the staff is always friendly and have access to the bilingual community. They are currently handling my immigration case. Every time I have a question regarding my case they always get back to me to have it answered and always so courteous. Also my applications were sent in no time and I am very thankful for their services. Not to mention super affordable for my budget. This place lawfirm its actually pretty well rounded , they handle cases in NC,SC & FL , they work from tickets to immigration cases , their offices Charlotte are very accessible and not to mention their parking lot is very spacious. The staff goes great lengths to make sure they answer all your general questions and they have free consultations for a lot of the times .
