Scammers. Sold me 4 tires but only shipped 1. Then said there was a technical problem and they…read morecouldn't ship the other 3. They are still refusing to ship them to me. Avoid this place like a windowless van giving away free candy unless you like letting businesses take your money. They are not a reputable company.

If you feel like taking a risk on a deal for a tire, good luck…read more Dealer owner is rude and unprofessional. I bought a set of Yokohama tires through Amazon Marketplace. The tires were sent in quick time and arrived early at my local installer. The tires were mounted and within 24 hours a sidewall pinhole was found as a defect in the tire. This is an irreparable defect. I attempted to get assistance from this dealer. In their response email they passed blame onto the installer...for a sidewall pinhole at the brand lettering of the tire. It was an obvious manufacturer defect that should have been easy to take care of under warranty. Good customer service should have been simple. That wasn't the case. I complained to Amazon who contacted the dealer. They again refused to replace the defective tire. I left negative feedback for them. Dealer then replied, at least publicly, that "We apologize for the experience, but this is the first we are hearing of any issues from you. We will act accordingly and fix this for you. By Fastlane Tire on November 14, 2018." The email I got was not nearly as congenial and basically said for me to screw off. I escalated the complaint through Amazon who gave me a full refund for the tire, told me to keep the defective one, and advised to buy a replacement elsewhere. Then the dealer had the balls to contact me to ask when he "could expect the tire to be returned." I let him take that one up with Amazon; I was done talking to him. I found out why he didn't want to take a return on warranty...HE ISN'T AN AUTHORIZED YOKOHAMA DEALER and Yokohama had no records of a dealer called Import-Export, Fastlane, or any of his business' many aliases, and none listed by his address or phone. He simply didn't want to take a loss since he couldn't process a warranty claim since he's not an authorized dealer. All of this nightmare over a $148 tire. I hope it was worth it to him. If you feel like taking a risk when you find a good deal here, roll the dice and see what happens. I will never roll the dice on this two-faced, cowardly dirtbag ever again. FYI...I maintained all documentation and communication as evidence of the disrespectful and unprofessional manner this dealer treated me with.
