Horrible customer service. Paid for my contacts eye exam and can't even get the prescription. I did ask for my prescription as I was leaving was handed an eyeglass prescription. I didn't realize that till I tried to order contacts. Have been wearing contacts for over 15 years and never had to go back for a follow-up. So basically, I paid for a service that I can't even use. When I told the office manager what I was told she basically called me a liar because she said her office staff would never say that. I could go on but I won't. Rethink visiting this location.
