It's hard to find professionals that still offer super thorough facials and don't rush through every step then shoo you out the door. I typically get the Puracne oxygen specialty facial and she always spends over an hour cleansing, exfoliating, applying masks, steaming, extracting, and disinfecting my face.. ya know, the works (how do I know all this? Because she's thorough, and I ask a lot of questions.. heh.) The process is super relaxing start to finish.. except the extractions, which are a necessary evil since I'm prone to lots of blackheads haha. Never had any issues with scarring on any of the extractions done on my face, and by the end of the facial, my skin SO DANG SOFT. Love that she is open on Saturdays, but just make sure to call/text her to make an appointment as she does not do walk in's. I don't even live in Dallas anymore, but I don't trust anyone else with my face and continue to schedule appointments with her whenever I'm in town for the holidays/vacation. She has a room in the back of Evelyn Kershaw salon so you can enter through the hair salon's front entrance, where the front desk can help guide you, or there's also a back entrance and parking lot you can enter from. Her room is well kept, clean, and comfortable. Facials can be a little pricey but it's a luxury I think is well worth the investment and something I look forward to each time.

After reading all the amazing reviews and seeing such transformational pictures, I scheduled a Rejuvenation Facial ($220) that uses RevitaPen by Osmosis. This treatment promises immediate and long term results.... Kristina seems to be well-knowledgable esthetician. However, I have seen her and her other esthetician Michelle Gray and HAVE NOT SEEN any results promised, immediate or other. I do not wish to waste any more money here. The only explanation I reason is the pictures shown by Kristina are retouched or she is not using Osmosis products correctly. P.S. Michelle Gray is not a good esthetician for many reasons....
