She said to Sanjeena that she had tried to do her brow and messed it up and simply wanted them to match. After Sanjeena finished the woman stood up and looked in the mirror and the theatrics began. The woman started crying and yelling that Sanjeena had "RUINED MY EYEBROWS! THEY LOOK RIDICULOUS!" It was clear, as an onlooker, that the woman simply didn't want to pay. She probably didn't have the $10 in her bank account. Sanjeena reacted calmly and professionally. I was next, and Sanjeena did a great job on my eyebrows. She's my eyebrow homegurl. When I booked I had no idea how this worked but in essence it's multiple stylists renting their own unit. The place is huge and I have no idea how many stylists the have but I saw Jeffrey. Price was extremely reasonable. He was very efficient and washed, cut and blow dried my hair all in an hour. I enjoyed being in a private room while getting a haircut which was different from the typical salon experience. I'll consider coming back when I visit again since I haven't explored salons at my new place.
