Her studio is very clean, and you can tell she's experienced and knowledgeable in what she does. She did a thorough skin analysis and tailored everything to my skin. Her massage and facial techniques were amazing; so relaxing, and my skin felt instantly rejuvenated after. She also offers three membership options, which I'm seriously considering because they're actually worth it. Her basic "Glowing Membership" is $115/month and includes a ~50-minute signature facial (double cleanse, skin analysis, mini extractions, and moisturizer). There's another one but I do not recall the name and it's about $130/ mo. Personally, I think her best value is the Signature Contouring Membership. It's $155/month and includes a 75-minute facial, more in-depth analysis and extractions, plus two add-on enhancements (like a chemical peel). You also get discounts with the membership. If you're someone who goes monthly and likes medical-grade skincare (like me), it's honestly a better investment than spending on random branded products. She mixed up the lengths to make it like so. I found Mel on Yelp. It was easy to get a hold of her. The spa services are broken down and there's a link to email her. She got back to me within a couple days. We exchanged cell numbers and there was no lack in communication. I'd actually booked an appointment before even settling into our new home state. She's very organized. Her follow up prior to my appointment was timely. The reminder received on the morning of the appointment was excellent. Mel has a very warm and friendly personality.
