I was researching for a place to host my child's birthday party and I came across this one. They offer 5 packages as well as private parties. Their packages seemed to be a bit better compared to the other places. However after taxes and everything, it can certainly be really pricey $500+ The one thing I liked about it though is you get 2.5 hours regardless of which package you opt for. Other places charge more and you only get 2 hours which I don't feel is enough time personally. The playground isn't big but it's nice. The party rooms are really small though. A lot of my guests end up having to sit outside as it was really cramped in the room. It would certainly be better if they make their rooms bigger, more spacious especially for the price you're paying for a party. read more

We attended the grand opening day for this indoor play gym and it was absolutely packed! I will admit that it got a bit chaotic and they probably could have reduced the limit of attendees, but they did have lots of staff working today and even police presence. I appreciated the variety of play areas and even though my toddler is younger, he had lots of fun. read more

*Long review warning* I would give negative stars if I could. This indoor playground was once our favourite prior to the pandemic. First time returning since and we are EXTREMELY disappointed from the experience and do NOT recommend it! 1. We went there on a Sunday and it was insanely busy and crowded. Their max capacity is posted as 70 but they were certainly over that limit. I also overheard other visitors complaining about the same thing. They had 2 birthday parties simultaneously and it was also opened to the public. Ironically, we first went at 12pm to be turned away because they had private event(s) booked from 12:30-3:30 and were asked to return. We went back at 4pm only to find out the parties were still there after paying so what was the point of that? 2. One of the panels on the stairs was completely loose. Kids continued to climb up even though it was tilting into the hole. On top of that, all the mats look very dirty with black marks and dirt film on top. They definitely need to check the hardware and give it a serious scrub. 3. There was a used mask on the ground in an extremely high traffic area. Adults and kids were trampling over it and the mask was being rolled/rubbed from spot to spot on the carpet. So disgusting! 4. As I'm writing this review, the mask restrictions have NOT yet been lifted and are still required indoors. However, many adults and older children were not wearing masks and freely walking around. Some people even decided that it was ok to take their masks off and eat in different play areas even though they have party rooms. One parent and their son sat at the bottom the slides, took their masks off for a snack but the son was clearly sick with a runny nose, sneezing, and coughing into the air while other kids were just sliding down into that air. 5. The ventilation is HORRIBLE and given how busy and crowded it was, we were drowned in scents of smelly foods and b.o. while also wearing masks. They could have at least slightly opened the door to improve the air flow. 6. For the 2 hours we were there, not once did we see an employee walk around to make sure everything is ok or that people are following rules. The 2 employees sat at the front desk behind a wall. The only time I saw one of them walk around the wall was to sell an over priced treat behind the counter. We will definitely NOT be returning to this indoor playground. My anxiety level was through the roof by the time we left! read more

Reason for 2 stars is because my daughter had fun. It is nice to also have an indoor playground in Stouffville instead of travelling to Vaughan where they are usually located. The equipments that they have are fun for the kids, however the play structures and equipments are VERY dirty. The mats are black. There are hairs everywhere in the play structures and used masks. Garbage on the floor under the play structures. Would not recommend. read more

If i had to rate Laugh Out Loud solely on their equipment & level of fun, i would give them a 5. I have been there for a birthday party & 3-4 visits on weekends & PA days. It gets crazy crazy busy in there with walk ins allowed during party times. This is a huge safety concern. Where they failed for me: Inexperienced staff - not very customer savvy or friendly. Often they are on their cell phones texting or making calls. Not very helpful during birthday parties. They seem annoyed or troubled if you dare ask them for something. They couldn't be bothered to clean up any spills and rolled their eyes when asked for a mop. Really!?!?! It's a kids indoor playground! If you're annoyed or bothered by kids and YES they do make messes, then go work somewhere else! Private rooms - not so private! We had a few kids and parents wander into our party room as if it was ok to just pop in. 25 cents for a small dessert plate! Tableware is supposed to be included for their foods. Their foods are the pizza & cake. They wanted to charge extra for plates that were supposed to be included in the party package. They also advertise as a "nut free facility". As a parent with a child with a severe peanut allergy, it really ticks me off that someone thinks that they can just say they are a nut free facility because they say it, when there is a legal certification involved and they don't have that. They offer Dairy Queen ice cream cakes in their packages. The last time i checked, Dairy Queen offers peanut & other nuts with their sundaes. Which = not a nut free facility as any products may contain traces of peanuts/tree nuts. Lucky for us, our hosts had their own cake brought in from a nut free bakery. Our party hosts weren't even asked if they wanted water or juice for the kids. They just put juice boxes on the table. When we asked for water they gave us coffee urns that had not been washed out so there was leftover coffee when we tried to pour water for everyone. We had to run out to Walmart which is thankfully only a quick 5 min drive away to buy a case of bottled water. I wasn't impressed when i found out how much the party cost and the fact that they offer Pizza Pizza! Every indoor playground we've been to always offers Pizza Nova, Pizzaville or pizza from a local pizzeria. If you're going to charge premium, then give us the good stuff! The thing that bothered me the most was with the size of Laugh Out Loud, there was only 1 person, sitting on a chair in the corner of the large room monitoring the kids. I did not see her get up once to walk around. Because if she did, she would've seen parents jumping on the trampolines & going down the slides. The 2 girls in the front were too busy on their cells & surfing the web, they didn't pay attention either. After the party, a few of us stayed to help our hosts clean up the room and toss out all the plates, cups etc. It states clean up is included. If they mean mopping the floors is done by them, then they to make their pamphlet a bit more clear. Also, our hosts were told (at the time of booking the party) that every guest was supposed to sign in on a sheet at the front before entering, but nobody at the front desk had asked any of their guests to do that. That concerns me because this place was completely packed and there was no security in place to monitor who was walking in. The hosts had other concerns and costs that they tried to stick them with and when they asked to speak to the owner, they were refused. We asked the girl monitoring the floor what they name of the owner was. My friend emailed the owner 2x voicing she had some feedback to provide and nobody bothered to get back to her. That is not the way to run a business! The 2 girls at the front were very rude & confrontational. The icing on the cake for the party: 1 4/5 year old walked into our party rooms, sat down and started eating cake from on of the plates. His father watched from the door for a minute before "attempting" to stop him and taking him out of the room. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when we told them. At least it was a kid and not an adult trying to grab one of the kids. After all the problems and issues dealt with - this irked me. There should be some privacy in place for the rooms especially when you are using 2 - you should be able to close 1 door. We had the gifts, purses and other items in the rooms. They weren't empty, but it only takes 2 seconds for someone to walk in & out and take something. This place can really be a top notch indoor playground if they get some kid/family friendly staff that is experienced. And have a manager or owner that is more hands on with a business that has been open for less than a year. With the size of the facility and amount of equipment, they should have 2 staff in the front & 2 on the floor of the playground to monitor the rooms. The equipment is excellent and it is very clean there. It only takes lazy & careless staff to bring a business down. read more

Called and visited the place to inquire about a birthday party twice. The owner kept messaging me to place a deposit afterwards, and I told her that I'm still finalizing the number of guests. She suddenly told me that there'll be a 10% additional charge after two days, so I questioned her why it wasn't mentioned during my last two inquiries, and she claimed that because I haven't put down my deposit, which is non-refundable. How can I make a decision without knowing the actual cost and why weren't it mentioned in the previous visit? It's very obvious that she's trying to add-on costs whenever she can. I was recently there for a birthday party. My 1st impression walking in, I would give them ZERO stars! 2 girls at the desk, 1 on her cell phone, the other one not even bothering to look up. No "hello" or "be with you in a moment". Some people were asked to sign in and some weren't?!? We explained that we were there for a birthday party and they just looked at us like so what? The place was SO packed! I was shocked at how many kids were everywhere running around. Apparently they allow unlimited walk ins during birthday parties with no limit as to how many people can go in. This surprised me as the party we were with had 40 people - half of which were kids. There were 6-7 kids at a time on the trampolines, 2-3 kids at a time going down the slides. It was a free for all and utter chaos. 3 staff members and nobody monitoring the play area. Girls at the front were on their cell phones or doing something on the computer. There should be limit as to how many walk ins they allow during parties. Forget about renting the place out because it costs $1000 for a private party and you can only have it from 6:30-9:30pm!?!? Seriously??? Pizza is from Pizza Pizza. If you're going to charge almost $600 for a party with 20 kids you better be serving pizza from Pizza Nova or Pizzaville. Staff is not kid friendly at all. Always annoyed when you go to them to ask a question or to ask for help with something. It was my 3rd time there and 1st party. Not impressed at all! The facility itself is clean and top notch, but the owners need to hire some qualified staff. They also need to take safety into consideration when they have parties and unlimited walk ins. I can't even begin to imagine what it would've been like if there were parties in each of the 4+ rooms and walk ins. Also details in their party packages are not clear. I was looking at pricing and asking a few questions and they didn't seem to know what they were talking about. No nuts allowed in their facility but the offer cake from Dairy Queen for party packages? FYI Dairy Queen is not a nut free shop, so therefore the cakes are not nut free. If you can't be bothered to monitor the play area and have parties & walk ins at the same time, you better be asking every single person that steps foot in there to sign in! That is a big security & safety issue for a kids playground. Very poorly run indoor playground. read more

a nice place that's padded and can let little toddlers and the like run around and jump and burn that infinite energy. didn't know a place like this existed in town Stouffville but the best part is its new and just opened up in one of hr new business plazas near Sandford south of Main st. lots of parking and huge space. $10 gets your kid + two parents in. plus if you have an infant they're free too. large space, lots of slides, ball pit and trampoline room. also they have dedicated party rooms. if you're looking for a place for kids to play jump and socialize this is that indoor gym you can take them too to give yourself a break OR to watch them run around and get them a fun fun time. my little one loved this place and didn't want to leave until they were exhausted and had to carry them out. read more

This facility has deteriorated exponentially over the past two years. The mats at the bottom of the large slides are ripped, and just have been duck taped over. The "zip-line" has been broken for months and not repaired. Much of the vinyl covering the padding throughout the facility is ripped and has not been replaced. There used to be two small downward tracks with little cars for small toddlers to sit in and coast to the bottom. They were broken for months, then removed, and not replaced. Our toddler fell between a 'gang-plank' and the mesh sides in one of the upper areas - I had to crawl up to extricate him. Our 18 month old fell between the trampoline and the mesh wall - same thing - her leg was caught and she couldn't get out. This place is in a declining state of disrepair. Yes, it's fun, but it's not safe and not very clean. The owners have put NO money into maintenance, repairs, or upgrades since it opened. Our children will not be going here anymore. There is a severe accident waiting to happen. read more
