I hosted my son's 4th birthday here. I didn't hear about it from a friend or even search Yelp.ca (I know, shame on me) I google-mapped and called each and every place in Vaughan and compared all the prices, ALL the prices. Most places are either too tiny or too big and shared with the public or other parties. Then there's the issue of "adults must pay" which I think is just bogus. The odd parent jumps into the bouncy castle to ensure their toddler doesn't get trampled on by their cousins, to make adults pay is in my personal opinion just preposterous. Most people hosting these parties are forced to invite their kids' friends and rush the entire experience from beginning to end with no interaction from extended family.. (grand parents,uncles, aunts) because you have a total of 15 of your favorite adults to invite... Like I said, BOGUS. This place has everything you need and at the most competitive pricing. Maria (owner) is a delight to work with! Such friendly staff and always very accommodating. Yes, you still have to rush unless you opt for extra hours above the 2hr in package, but you can bring your own food (nut free s'il-vous plait!) and as many adults as you can conjure up. The play area is ALL yours, in fact the entire facility is ALL yours for a private 2hr party! Now the real question is, why are there only 2 reviews and how does the rest of Vaughan's parents not know about this amazing place? I have told my family and friends, handed out flyers for J&Gs and now written this review. When business starts exploding I just hope they will keep their AMAZING pricing! (Cause its only a matter of time) Also- my last visit there was for my BFF's daughter's birthday party in March. Absolutely amazing place! Kids LOVE to have birthday parties here. Great indoor playground with various games, slides, bouncy castle and many more fun activities for kids to have the best time. Fantastic idea for girls to have fun at Red Carpet Diva at Jiggles and Giggles. Friendly staff, clean facility. I had high hopes when I booked this place for a recent birthday party based on the reviews that I read here. However, there were a few things that was truly disappointing to us after the party was held. Here are the PROS and CONS that we have experienced: PROS: - All parties are private. We have the entire play area and party room to ourselves for the entire party time. - The person we dealt with in the beginning was easy to deal with and responsive with questions - They don't limit the number of adults that can attend the party like other places do. - Space is open and not enclosed inside a small cramped box like other indoor playground we've seen. - They were trying their best to help set up and clean up because turnover time was limited between the parties. CONS: - Pricing is NOT transparent. We have raised this concern prior to booking the space. The website price and the price quoted to us on a small piece of handwritten paper was different. When we asked about it, they said they have not had a chance to update their site from a few years ago. Ok, person we spoke to seem to be trustworthy so we went ahead and booked the place. - I recalled very clearly and it was also written down on that small piece of handwritten paper give to us that Package 1 was $249+HST for 16 kids and that if we are over by 1 or 2 kids, they will still give us package 1 pricing. If we are over by 3 kids, then we will fall under Package 2 pricing which is $299+HST for 20 kids and above. Because that was what we were told, when a parent or two asked at the last minute if toddler siblings can come because they cannot find a babysitter, we agreed because we are well within the 1 or 2 kids above 16). When we were settling our bill after the party, we were surprised that we were being charged Package 2 pricing. When we told the her that we had agreed on 16 with 1 or 2 kids over at Package 1, she insisted that that is not what Package 1 is. Package 1 is 15 kids plus possible 1 or 2 over and I had 18 kids. At this time, they were rushing us out because the next party host were there and the person we dealt with was busy at the back cleaning. And because they don't published pricing whether online or on print, there was no way to state our case. If we had known that we had already crossed the boundary into the second package, we might as well invite some of the families that we intentionally left out because we wanted to be within the Package 1 head count (+/- 2 kids) that they have promised. This is about principle and keeping your word. - The time in between parties are really tight. It gives you barely any time at all to set up and cleanup. Even if they were trying their best to help, it is very rushed. They could've saved people all that stress (even for themselves) if they have allotted a few more minutes in between. Of course, it is a business for them, nothing personal...they have to get the assembly and turnover time moving as fast as they could to make more money. In that case, maybe have more help available (since your pricing is so vague anyway you could change your package numbers any way you want to). - They also indicated that unlimited fruit punch for the kids and coffee and tea for the adults will be provided. They never brought out the fruit punch for the kids. We wondered where it was and saw 1 single jar of fruit punch inside the refrigerator when we were leaving. Maybe that fruit punch is saved for the next party, if the host even noticed that it is inside the refrigerator and not served to the kids. It will probably save them money from making more and bring out extra since they mention it is supposed to be "unlimited". The coffee pot was empty the entire time. It looked really clean and not used. I've attended parties where coffee pots are boiling and ready for the guests regardless of whether or not the adults want it. And to think these were the only things that came with the package, nothing more. For a similar price, you get at least a pizza plus drinks for both kids and adults at other places and they are ready to go when you arrive. We were told that this place was previously owned by someone esle. So I'm not sure if it is the change in ownership and/or management that is the issue here. The place has potential, but is lacking in customer service and integrity. We will definitely not be booking another party here because of this experience. There are no shortage of unique and private party venues and ideas for kids in the GTA. At the end of the day, it all boils down to a great experience and excellent customer service, which in my opinion, this place falls short of. read more

Great Place. Booked my daughters 1st birthday and filled this place right up. Kids were running everywhere getting tired, all my fellow parents loved that because their kids slept well afterwards. There is a bouncy castle, slides, game tables, seating area, and it was CLEAN and PRIVATE! The view from play area and seating area is side by side, safe! The entrance and exit is a good distance away from the party area to. Staff is supper friendly, if you needed something they were there. I'm a little ocd (in all good ways) so I had my own decorations, temporary tattoo station, home made food etc. They have a kitchen you can take over and rule. Even with all my food, I did order their pizza, it was a hit I should have ordered more! (I ordered three, they vanished) In the end because the party time was only 2 hours its sometimes hard to usher ppl out so you don't go over your time. (it is a kids party and 2 hours is plenty!) This place has a red light that lights up when there's 10 minutes left in the party time, wonderful if you have stragglers. Its much like the Budweiser hockey light that lights up when the Toronto Maple Leafs (don't) score. I want one for my house when I have parties btw. You know a place is fantastic if friends who have booked party places before and have kids older than mine, asked me how I found this place. I had done my searches online because the supposedly good place right by my house was just not calling me back to book:/ I'm so happy they didn't. I was primarily attracted because of the price and then towards the fact it was new and modern and that I was allowed to bring my own things like food. Extra Notes: Very reasonable priced, I did my comparison shopping and it was the best bang for your buck. Was a little on the small side, I probably stuffed the max capacity of ppl allowed (50+ppl), but did I mention it was private especially important when you have small children running around. Totally loved this place and would definitely consider booking it again. read more

My kids were invited here for a birthday party last week. At first me and my wife thought woodbridge was too far, but we're glad we went. Turns out woodbridge isn't too far from toronto. We've taken our kids to a lot of indoor playground party places and this one was by far the best one we've been in. It's very clean and very private. There's only one room so our friend's party was the only one, there weren't strange kids (and strange parents) hanging around. Our kids loved it. Me and my daughter went down the big red slide together a dozen times. Caution: We liked it here that much that we wanted to have our son's birthday party here in a couple of weeks. My wife called but everything was booked. They told her that you have to book a party min a month in advance to insure a spot - place is so popular, im surprised that there aren'nt any other reviews here. read more

I booked my daughter's 2nd Birthday Party here and the place was amazing! It was a perfect place for all my guests. As soon as I got there, the employees started helping me with the decorations. Most places don't help you with decorating so this was definitely a plus. Once the decorations were put up, the owners explained to us the rules and they allowed my family and I to have our own space and enjoy the party. My 2 favorite things about this indoor playground that most places don't do is that I get the whole place to myself. I loved this because I was able to decorate and make the place look exactly how I imagined it while planning for months. I also love the fact that we were able to bring our own food. Most places are very strict with that and I was happy that I was able to serve my guests, comfort food. The kids had a ton of fun and the open space is a great idea by the owners because parents are able to watch their kids while having a conversation amongst themselves. I also added the Photobooth to my package and I loved it! All my guests enjoyed it. Overall a fantastic experience, the facility is super clean, the staff is friendly, and the space is perfect for a not too big not too small, intimate birthday party.
