Been ordering these meals since the beginning of the year to control my weight and intake on food since I'm having my wedding this year. Weight management portions are small but you get used to it and portion control. The weight management plan gives you about 1200 cals a day, but they also send you some snacks. There is another plan called the balanced plan which is about 1800 calories a day. It basically has more food, bigger portions of the same meals. They had a keto plan as well which they recently got rid of. I guess more people were ordering the other plans. They deliver on Saturday for most places in the city and on Sundays to other places.
