The staff seemed overwhelmed, and while I understand busy nights happen, the lack of communication and accountability was frustrating. I felt so had that I actually gave it back to her and said that I couldn't bring myself to pay $11 for bread. I think if you raise the price it's to keep the same quality but to raise it and still make the sandwich a quarter of the size is not fair.
