I hosted my sons birthday there on Aug 30 and I wish I would have gone to urban air. We had 20 kids and bought the expensive package and it was definitely not worth it. They didn't have my room ready on time. The food was late. They called prior to the party to confirm and said I could use them for the cake and then 10 min prior to cake time told me they don't make cakes. The room had no music no decorations and had carts with other people's names on them prepping for other parties like we were in the storage room. If I could it would have been a 0/10. While Sky Zone itself is a fun place for kids to play and burn energy, the membership program and customer service are absolutely horrible. They push you into signing up for a membership, but when you try to cancel it--it's a nightmare. I attempted to cancel my membership three days before the billing date, and I still got charged. Their customer service is nearly impossible to deal with. There's no phone number to call--you can only reach them through text messages, which is both impersonal and incredibly frustrating. The person I was texting with didn't provide a name or any identifying info, and they were not helpful at all. To make things worse, they claimed I never had an account. I sent screenshots showing my login and four pending cancellation requests, and only then did the person admit they had canceled it--but still insisted I had no account and refused to refund me. This company's membership system is shady, and their customer service is completely unaccountable. Once you sign up, it's nearly impossible to cancel, and they will keep charging you even if you try. We came in for toddler time with the kiddos and it was packed! They had two birthday parties they were setting up for and so the kids were showing up by bunches. I will say that we were able to do everything we wanted at the park but you had to wait for it. I remember when toddler time use to be just toddlers and it wasn't busy at all. We did get some gatorades and a pretzel from the concession stand and the pretzel actually tasted like pizza dough it was odd but delicious. It's just busier than it used to be. read more

We went on a Monday morning around 11am and though there seemed to be a lot of cars parked, there wasn't much kids inside. The place is huge and toddlers under 2 jump for free with the purchase of an adult which is $24.95 for 90 minutes and we needed socks so we had to purchase them and we pretty much had the whole space to ourselves! They have a warrior course, basketball court, dodgeball, free open space, and a foam jumping place. It's really big and they have plenty of private areas for birthday parties. Staff was nice and we didn't have any issues. There was also plenty of seating for the parents who weren't jumping to watch and very comfortable. My next few visits here will determine the final rating I give this place but so far it's just been ok. I purchased the elite membership for myself and two kids. When you first walk in there are 3 different lines you can enter to the front desk. One for general admission, one for online purchases and one for vip members. Not really sure why they have the separation as I waited in the VIP line the same amount of time as I would have in the regular lines. On the first visit 1 out of 7 of the attractions were closed, which isn't bad. Overall the place is decent enough and it was enjoyable. Today on our second visit however 3 out of the 7 attractions were closed. I overheard another customer complaining to a staff member about paying nearly $100 for admission only to have almost half the attractions closed. Honestly I'm glad I bought the membership as I would have been extremely upset if I had paid $80 for a one day admission only to have half of the attractions closed. They really need to work on keeping the attractions open if they're going to charge $25 for a one day admission, or else they need to lower the price or reimburse customers in some way. I took my kids on Saturday evening, it was the "GLOW" they charge about 31+ dollars per kid and I had three. It does not include shirts or socks. My total was like $130 plus change, not to mention I ordered four drinks that came up to $29.00!!! The check in line took forever because this lady had about ten kids she was doing waivers for so instead of telling her to step to the side, she held up the line. The kids are not supervised by parents, they cuss, they run and bump into the smaller kids. My girls are btw 11 & 12 somethings and phrases are not said around them but in Skyzone your liable to hear anything. The staff was NOT friendly, and ALL the observer tables were dirty. This place is run by teenagers that don't care about anyone else. Most of them are sitting on their phone not actually watching the children or doing their job. So we decided to go next door to look around until it was closer to party time. When we came back, the birthday parents arrived and asked if we had received the party shirt to which we hadn't so we had to stand in line again to get the shirt. When I spoke to the clerk she wanted my child's name and to know if we needed to check in. I told her we already checked in and showed her our wrist bands and the jump time sticker my daughter was wearing. She advised me that the computer system didn't have us checked in so needs to do it again. She asked if I filled the waiver out to which I said yes. She said she couldn't find it even though the clerk about 30 minutes ago found it. So this one made me and the other parents fill out the form again!!! By this time I'm extremely frustrated. I filled out form again. Party was supposed to begin at 7:30pm but no clear direction from staff and they were so unorganized with getting everyone signed in that it wasn't until 8pm until the kids went to go jump. They took the cart with bags and cake but didn't let parents know where the party room was. Party host disappeared on several occasions. When my husband went exploring he was told he couldn't be in the party area until it was decorated. Which was a complete JOKE when we all were eventually advised to go to the party room since all the decorations were balloons and plates. They didn't even take the cake out of the box or serve the kids the pizza. Parents had to serve. I thought that a party host was supposed to help in all of this. After all this is what was paid for!! The music is blaring so loud I can barely hear myself speak. Don't know why they need the music this loud for a place that's for kids. Being down the volume in an effort to not damage hearing. I already have a hearing problem due to a car accident a year ago so I'm extremely uncomfortable being in here. I'm being generous with 3 stars. My twin grandsons birthday party was here. I'm sure the kids would give it a 5 as they ran from place to place losing their minds, lol. Of course it's very loud, as expected but between kids screaming an extra loud music, I was getting a headache. Trampoline time over it was time for the party part of the night. I was very surprised the room was not decorated, big disappointment since they wouldn't allow you to bring your own decorations implying they would do it. The pizza was horrendous and they served warm soda. Other then bring the food and soda into the room I don't know what the party planner did... oh yeah, nothing! The cost was excessive for what you received. I would highly recommend if your kids want to jump on trampolines great, they will love it, but take the party part home, don't waste your money here. read more

***Update 2*** I had to really think about my experience tonight after getting home and wanted to add additional thoughts. The failures tonight stem from lack of management, leadership, training, and communication with a dose of individual lack of ownership. Hopefully our experience was isolated, but I'm betting it's not. If management reads this review, please take a hard look at how you work with your staff. Yes, the host helping us had some gaffes, but they did try to address some things. The issues actually started at checkin, which is detailed below. Ultimately, the staff needed management help to address the issues. Management ultimately helped the customer in this situation, but hopefully they understand the misses started from the top and trickled down to every other aspect of the evening. Don't scold your staff, but work with them to make things better. Let the experience be a learning lesson that makes them better people. I can empathize with them from that aspect and I know I'm not perfect either and make mistakes. I've never left this kind of a detailed review, but the experience resonated with me as did the reactions of everyone involved. All the parents had to redo the waivers again manually. It is 7:45 and the party has still not been brought to the reserved area. Shirts and glow necklaces should have been distributed and we were unaware until the birthday party parents asked if we got them. Shirts got distributed, but no necklaces. Through the confusion, staff have let the kids go jump since the party was supposed to start 7:30. All the parents are still waiting... It is now 8:00 and still have not been brought to the reserved area. Parents are watching their kids jump and hanging out in the general area. No updates from staff or management on what is going on. It is now 8:15 and we had to go look for the reserved area. Found an employee that said we could not get in the reserved area until the host decorated and it was time, which is supposed to be 8:30. I looked and saw the area was not decorated. 8:20 I see the staff scrambling to get the reserved area decorated. They might make the 8:30 time, who knows? 8:31 Wow we got to go up...check out the bang up job decorating in my picture. Balloons and paper plates! Pizza and pitchers of drinks that the parents are serving. This is one of the most unorganized businesses I've seen in quite some time. Don't know if this is a norm since this is the 2nd time we've been here and have run into issues. By the way, everyone loves music, but not blasting at a level that can damage their children's hearing (peak 84.1 db measured with permanent hearing damage occurring at 85db) If you turned it down 30% you could converse with your customers better and better resolve issues while protecting everyone's hearing. The employees exposed to this level of sound likely have temporary hearing loss/reduction. Most parents pay a pretty hefty sum to these kind of places to not have to worry about the details and alleviate the stress. Definitely not the case this time. SUPER FUN place for people of all ages. There is a free jump area, foam pit you can flip into, free climbing, jousting area, dodge ball, basketball dunking areas. The staff all looked like teenagers but were friendly and helpful. The location is not too bad either, looked like there were some restaurants near by, and there is plenty of parking. The temperature in there was slightly cooler than room temperature. They have water fountains by the restrooms and they sell pizza, snacks, and drinks. I got a red slushy, it tasted heavenly (maybe I was dehydrated or something). You can fill the waivers online before going to save some time. You have to wear their socks, it's $2.99 to buy them but you can reuse them the next time you go. You can also get a locker for a dollar to store your stuff in when you get there. I went at 4pm on a Wednesday. The place was not too crowded nor that big so an hour was enough to do everything as many times as I wanted. My favorites were the jousting and the free climb areas. The foam pit's great too, that's really the only place you're allowed to do whatever flips you want. We also played dodge ball with a random group of people. The biggest negative is that they were short staffed, so a lot of different "areas" would take turns being closed for about 15 minutes since there wasn't enough of the staff to stand by each "area" so that was a little frustrating. read more

Extremely disappointed with our party here today. The check in process is a complete mess. There is no one helping anyone check in for the birthdays. The families are supposed to leave presents on a cart sitting out for anyone to take. The party host was never to be found. She was supposed to come get us from our private jumping spot to come to the party room and she never did. When we got to the party room, most of our food wasn't there. She said they were still cooking it. We had been there for 90 minutes jumping and the food wasn't ready? I had to serve the food, drinks, and make sure the kids had what they needed. All she did was bring the food and get a drink refill from downstairs that took forever. I am not sure what I paid for because I even had to cut the cake and pass it out. Some of our food didn't get there until we were almost done. The most disappointing part was I ordered a foam block for the kids to all sign. She came up and asked if I still wanted it when half the kids had already left. My older son has his bowling pin from his 1st birthday party 8 years ago that all the kids signed. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came here a couple weekends ago for my nieces birthday and what a mess! When we first arrived, they had everyone sit together in a group on the benches they had at the front door. There was a cart for the birthday girl that you placed all the gifts on. Once it was time for her friends and her to go jump, the young lady came over and gave everyone a sticker and told them to go jump. Now mind you this was a 2 hour time frame i believe for them to jump. Kids are thirsty, parents that aren't jumping want a place to sit and do you know they had maybe 3 tables TOTAL for people to sit and wait. No drinks of any kind available until you go to the designated room. So, you pay all this money to rent a birthday space and you can't even use until the very end. You can't use the beverages until you are in the room. The whole process just makes no sense. There were about 2 of us who had strollers and needed an elevator. They had something that was like a box, but it wasn't an elevator. I am pretty sure it is not even legal what they have there or what they use as an elevator. The pizza - don't do it. It was cold, and I just don' even know what kind of pizza they think they were making. On top of all of this, the people who handle the front by the jumping area, very rude! Customer service is horrible and nobody seemed to like their job. If you can avoid this place, do it. Not worth the costs. read more

Parking is easy 4. There are a few restaurants nearby if you're hungry. The bad: 1. Definitely needs a good vacuum and cleaning. 2. Only one large play area for general admission kids. All three other large areas were closed off or taken up by camp dodgeball games. 3. The bounce blocks only allow 3 kids at a time so the wait can be long if its busy with everyone taking turns. 4. Place is run by 15yr olds. 5. Some militant ogre of a teenage employee screaming at the 10yr old camp kids playing dodgeball as if they were in boot camp. Enough to scare the parents sitting nearby. 6. Only two benches for adults to sit on where you can actually watch your kids. All other seating is down below or up above in the commissary areas. 7. You must buy their 'special' socks for an additional $2.99. Tip for SkyZone Management: You have to give a signed copy of the waiver to each guest. Without providing a signed copy to the guest, the waiver is void and you will be fully liable for any injury. read more

The kids had fun. The eating/sitting area for parents is very small. The chairs are dangerously uncomfortable. Not to mention the tables are all wobbly. Some parents have camped out, bringing their iPad, headphones, and everything for hours at a time. My kid had a great time at Skyzone during the week, so we decided to go back on a weekend. It's a totally different experience, and not a good one. The half of employees actually working were great. Courteous and hard working. But you can always tell when the manager is weak or poorly trained. The other half of employees simply hung out in the back flirting with each other. One young lady in uniform actually gave a massage to her boyfriend sitting outside the dodgeball court. My eight-year-old gave me a weirded out look. Very off putting. Worst experience ever! This is going to be a lengthy post. On Sept 5th I booked a birthday party event for Sept 26th for my son's 12th birthday. The booking process went smoothly and I was able to get it done via text with a Skyzone representative. It was explained to me that I would get a confirmation email right away and that I would also be getting a phone call 2 days before the party to confirm the details (what kind of pizza and drinks, how many attending etc.) this was also explained in the confirmation email. Perfect, right?! Fast forward to Sept 24th, I received no such phone call. I actually forgot about the phone call until the following day on Sept 25th. I gave them all day to call me, finally at 6pm I decided to do their job and call them to confirm the details. This is the beginning of my experience where it just plummeted. I called MULTIPLE times in which not a soul answered, left a voicemail with a brief explanation that no one called me and that I was calling to confirm the details and still no one called me back. I also opted for someone to contact me via text and still NO REPLY. The next day, the day OF the party, I called again to confirm the details. Still no answer and left another voicemail. My husband also called 5x from his phone and no answer. Sent a complaint through their website "contact us" page explaining our experience so far. Which didn't set the bar very high for our expectations of how our experience will be once we got to the facility. Anyway, I tried to contact someone one last time via text, by this time it is literally 2hrs before the party, by the grace of all that is Holy, I actually got a response and everything got verified. Ok noooow we are at skyzone, checking in was a nightmare and the "systems were down" we stood there waiting for 20mins and still was not able to check in. They finally just told us to go head and start jumping and they will find us when the system is back up. Well they didnt, which doesn't really matter. Moving on to the "party" which was just awkward with the staff passing out the pizza and drinks. The 3 pizzas that were included in the "Elite Birthday Party" were super small, we expected the size of the pizza to be much bigger. Thank goodness we didn't have more people than we did. We ended up leaving earlier than the time the party intended to last. So originally the "elite birthday party" costs $349 (not including taxes) , Thank goodness I used Groupon for this which cost is $151.20 and even with that huge discount, I STILL overpaid for that horrible experience. After we left the party, I received an email from a skyzone manager asking if I ever got ahold of anyone, what were the times that I called, and how they are looking into if a phone call was not made and if not, why that didn't happen because it is their policy to call all weekend parties on Thursday to confirm the details. I explained that I did finally get ahold of someone via text however I gave her the times that we tried calling and I explained how I felt that I overpaid for the horrible the experience and I wanted to rectify this issue. After that email, I never received a follow up email from her. So a week later I sent her an email following up on her follow up and she responded "My apologies. I saw you had gotten in touch with someone and did not realize you wished to escalate this further." In result of this, she did try to resolve this issue by offering 90min jump passes to come back and give them another chance. We got the passes and I appreciate her efforts after the fact. But we will see if we will return. My son had fun thats the only reason for the 1 star. Ciao for now. read more

My children have been going to skyzone for months without paying for socks and paying for additional children. I had to sign a waiver and that's it!! This has wasted me and my son time! This place is so much fun. I've been to a half dozen birthday parties here and the kids have a blast. We just finally got a month pass. This is a fun trampoline center. They have a slam dunk court, big kids and small kids jump areas, ultimate dodgeball courts for big & small kids, a foam pit, a "music zone" which is similar to a jukebox, consessions, and lots of seating for nonjumpers. The building is newly renovated, and has a bright and fun feel. We all have fun when we go here. read more
