For the food court, you have to go to the second floor and walk to your right almost like you're walking to the elevators. Before going to them, you make a left and walk down a hallway till you get to this entry way to your left. That's where you enter in. The sit area isn't really small. It probably has about 15 small 4 seaters and about 3 tall eight seaters. It had two circle seats which had palm trees in the middle of them with charging ports as well. That's at the front of the plaza as soon as you walk in. There is also a bank/ATM and a decent sized concession stand. At the other side is where you go up/down going up to the second floor. Which u know has a jewelry store, a law firm and I think a bank. There are elevators to the other floors as well, but I am unsure of what's on those floors. They decorate for Christmas on the inside with these big snowflakes and that are hanging in the sitting area along with about 8 trees with white lights. They have a huge Christmas tree on the outside before you walk into the doors with colored lights on and a star at the top. Compared to its competitors like Regus and other local businesses, the BenchSpace has the best customer service and the best offices. It's the only place that does coworking right. The biggest thing for me was that there were no cancellation notice requirements or fees. Rent is month-to-month so you can have a desk to work at for as short or long a period of time as you need. Another thing they do that others don't is offer you a free day. This sold it for me. The other offices would just give you a tour, but you don't really know what you're getting in to. Having a free day allowed me to see that the space was consistently quiet and I wasn't going to be in a nightmare office. Ultimately, I highly recommend this space for anybody who's looking for a short-term solution. It's cheaper than building a home office and it feels nice to have somewhere to go everyday so you're not stuck inside.

I purchased all cash in October 2021 and have been having non-stop issues with the board ever since. This review is being posted in December of 2022, so come next election things could change. However, the current board is made up of two residents who have been running the property for about 6 years now in addition to two new people. The "senior" board members are using their positions to forward their own interests and do not care about the other shareholders. They bully and intimidate anyone who goes against their "status quo". I have been slandered to the community and ostracized for speaking out against the bad mortgage they just took out. I have also been cursed out more than once by a board member who repeatedly breaks the house rules as they feel they are above them. The board will actually go so far as to pass new rules without any input from shareholders when they see something they do not like. For example, the current president has an issue with retractable dog leashes, so he banned them. This place is in debt and the board has no plans to raise revenue or make any improvements that will raise this property value. The board have also been caught lying to shareholders. For example, the president told everyone in an open shareholder meeting on 9/13/1022 that the Town of Babylon denied our request for a private dog park. According to the town no plans were ever submitted, but if they were it would have been approved as other communities have done the same in Babylon township. I have this in writing. Save yourself the headache!

The third day it went totally out of service. Then they have to come again and fix it. After few months again it again went out of service. Then then had to bring another unit to fix. Now the second year they said it will cost $200 to replace all three filters, Now they want $300. They have not given any documentation how to replace the filters.
