I did what any desperate patent would do, I sought out a laundry service! Donna answered the phone and was soooo sweet and helpful, careful to answer all of my questions and patiently explain their products and services. Y'all they wash, dry, and fold the laundry! I am so happy to have found this gem and look forward to their services regularly. Tips: Get there before 10am to have one day service (laundry ready next day) $1.50/lb to wash and fold, does not include comfortors, sleeping bags or other bulky items go to website and put in zip for pick up/delivery service eligibilty Does not use hypoallergenic detergent, so may not be a good regular use for those with sensitive skin, but good in a pinch Downside: Website may not be up to date: saysthey service Discovery Bay, but zip search says otherwise

Very expensive. The card readers on the machines don't work, (mo internet connection that day), but…read moreno sign informing customers. So it's only after one has loaded the washer and put liquid laundry products in the top compartments, then tries to pay, that one finds this out. One row of white top loading machines had ants running around on several of them. I opened the lid of the one with the most, and it was half full of dirty, rusty looking water, with crud growing on the sides. It looked as if it had been that way for weeks, and the ants were dispersing throughout the laundromat. The final insult was the dryer not getting hot at all, and no attendant to give a refund. I definitely will not be going back to this place.

They have a coffee machine for the customers along with water which is nice. I came here before and had issues with a washer and they refunded me my money quick in the past. We did do some research to find a nice clean location and this one had solid reviews so we gave it a try. Right across from Safeway and BWP in downtown Walnut Creek, parking IS metered but there's plenty of it near the entrance which is key when loading and unloading. I have (literally) years worth of laundry that I've been waiting to do because my machines at home are too small. Duvets, comforters, blankets and towels galore. I couldn't take them living in trash bags anymore so we finally took them here to wash and dry. Yes, its expensive. We used the largest machines- 80lb machines- and it was $17 a wash load. Good news is, drying is only $1.50 each 16 minute cycle. But the peace of mind finally getting these items washed and in a clean establishment is most important. The staff member was super friendly and was seen cleaning them entire time we were there, probably a couple hours. $17 a cycle feels high, but if that's your one load for the week for 80lbs of laundry is sufficient for most people, and that cycle only takes 24 minutes then you're into the dryer. You can be in and out in an hour if you load your machines right. We went around 5p on a Sunday evening, and it wasn't busy at all. 2 other patrons. Then it picked up and during the time we were there most machines were in use. No 5th star because its hot and stuffy inside. Theres a standing fan to try to help, but its broken. Wish there was AC.
