Tried this place for the first time. Clean, well kept. Expensive. 3.25 for small washers. (23 minutes of wash) 4.50 for mid range washers. 6 to 7 dollars for high capacity washers. .50 for dryers (10 minutes). Lots of machines out of order. A good selection of vending but also some out of order. only front entrance parking shared in a busy strip mall. very clean. Machines I used had a little door issue starting which I couldn't have known until after I put coins in. I didnt see on-site attendant but they offer wash and fold so someone is there at some point. More expensive than my usual spot but would recommend. read more

Half the machines state out of order. Some that claim to be working take coins then don't actually start a wash cycle. Change machine doesn't break $1 bills. Smallest wash machines cost $3.25. Average machine the size of a home washer cost $4.75, but none of them work. Tap to pay doesn't work on the machines that supposedly accepts it. No one on site to troubleshoot or field any problems. Yeah very unprofessional. I usually go to an even worse one in town but this one takes the cake. The coin machine doesn't work but they have a card reader. The lady will change your cash to coins but she isn't here ever. The card reader says 50cents for 10min on the dryer but gives you 8mim? I don't know for being in a nice shopping center in town you guys are acting up lol read more

Bugged. There are 27 washing machines/dryers that are out of order so there isn't much to choose from. I put money into a "working" dryer and when I Pressed start it wouldn't start. I used my key to try and press it harder, but it didn't work (see photo). I wanted to use the bigger washing machines for my two blankets, but that one wouldn't take my credit card OR Apple Pay (no cash allowed). Maybe it wouldn't have a been a big deal if I hadn't already poured my detergent into the machine. So I had to go buy detergent. What's worse there's no one around to help fix the problems encountered. I usually come here to wash my blankets; my washing machine can't handle bulky items, but not anymore, Looking for a new laundromat. read more

So I've coming here for several years nothing but problems. I've tried to use the largest washer for several months. Minded you 1/2 the machines are tagged sorry out of order. This machine isn't. I've tried paying with two different credit cards. Quarters Neither work. Owner has another business on main st in ventura. Pete's breakfast house. Had a problem there several years ago and posted the bad service and even contacted him via phone. His response was I don't want to talk to you. Of course once I posted on yelp his wife calls saying he never said that he didn't want to speak with. I've run into other customers and been told yes the owner is a jerk. My only problem is fix your equipment so customers don't have these type if problems. read more

Does the job! The washes are pretty quick, 20 minutes. Then the dryers can be pretty quick too. Go early to avoid any crowds and get through any laundry quickly. It took me an hour to two loads and one big load in a dryer for 30 minutes. That included folding. Convenient, does the job. There were lots of broken machines off the to side but there are many working ones too. read more

This place was pretty tidy and it allowed you to use a credit card for some of the machines. I did not try that tho. The coin changer machines were real difficult to use , kept spitting out the bills . I Hated and very much resented the 50 cent charge to use the toilet. Very rude . Also no attendant in site (for hours)on either occasion I have gone here . They advertise wash and fold service , but I don't know how or when you could "drop off" ,as no one seems to be present during working hours ?Also the machines are a little expensive. But they don't charge extra for hot Water . They do have some extra large machines available--it does cost a lot to do a load in them tho ! The dyers are pretty hot, on high, so things do dry fast . read more

Most washing machine have an out of order sign the ones that work you have to keep inserting coins over & over because it won't take them. Place is dirty, change machine out of order. Almost left but someone offer to help me insert coins apparently shes familiar with this crazy machines. My 1st time here, never again. Go to the one by the college worth the drive. read more

I came in for the first time, noticed it was a peaceful clean laundry. I said hi to the lady that's in the front. I looked for the coin machine to cash in my spare dollars for the amount I was going to wash. After I found it, I tried cashing in my dollars to verify the machine works. I was heading out to my car when suddenly I got stopped by the lady in front and she told me in a rude manner: "You know that the coin machine is for customers only, right?" and I got really confused on why she was telling me this, so I explained I was heading out to get my stuff and she only said "ok just making sure" but still was making gestures that she didn't believe me. Obviously, after that, I didn't wanna wash my clothes there, but decided to do this one time and never come back. Even after her seeing that I was coming in to wash my clothes, never did she apologize, nor seemed to be sorry. I left the place very disappointed. read more

As far as laundry places go I really like this spot. Its in the same shopping center as Vons and Presto Pasta on Telephone at Victoria. They have a nice selection of newer washers...everything from the single load to the big blanket and comforter washers. Its not the cheapest in town but but its kept up and is one of the cleanest I know of in the Ventura area. It gets a little busy in here at night and on weekends but I guess that's a sign of happy customers. :0) read more

This is a nice, clean, well maintained "coin laundry". I've been going here for the past three months. It's not the cheapest place to wash your clothes, but the equipment is top notch. Each time I have used this facility there was an attendant on site. The signs tell me that they have a drop off service. I once forgot a micro SD card in my pocket and when I brought it to the attention of the attendant and she went out of her way to help me find it. I thought that was awsome. I only left four stars due to the expense of using the equipment. read more

Although this laundromat is dated, the majority or machines are in good repair and the attendant is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The laundromat has working change machines for those who forgot to grab some quarters and reasonably priced laundry detergents and fabric softeners. A good place to go when a laundromat is needed. read more

Our washing machine recently quit on us, so I've been going to the laundromat for a couple weeks now. I tried this location today because I liked that it was next to some stores I could visit while my clothes were getting washed. It's pretty clean and has a lot of room, but there were multiple machines that were out of service. Another thing I noticed was how much more expensive it was compared to the other laundromat I had been going to ($2.50 vs $1.75 per wash). The thing that bothered me the most however was having to pay to use the restroom. I understand that people come and vandalize, but charging 50 cents to pee and having the restroom look like it did, was horrible. Come on. I won't be retuning here if our washer or dryer go out again. read more

Checked out another place before headed here. It was busy in a good way. Some machines down for maintenance, but plenty left to use. Attendant there was very helpful and stayed busy. Owner was in to say Hello to some regulars. $2.75 for a normal load of laundy, then 50 cents to dry, but I had to do it twice to get the clothes totally dry. 24min to wash, 20 to dry. Overall good. Could be nicer/cleaner but I would expect the prices would be a lot higher then, so very pleased with how it was. read more

Went in to wash a comforter nice size washer and dryers. They work great kind of clean even though a lot of people hang out around there.

I love launderland when Janice is working. She is always cleaning and sterilizing everything!!!!, I have been there twice when Loretta is there she is as n older lady and heavyset. Masks are required but she wears hers on her chin!!!! She let the coin machine guy in to fill it up without a mask....she is very friendly with everyone...in two hours I was there not once did she sanitize anywhere!!!! read more

I like this laundry mat because you can actually take the cart out to your car, I can use quarters instead of a card that you may loose money on if you either loose it or you pay the minimum requirement of 5 dollars on and may not be able to come back to that location. Always a good spot to get it done if you need to. When my laundry facility requires a card without coins, it makes it difficult to reload before the office closes. This place is always accommodating, but I always go near closing (I get home and gather my stuff, and it's usually around 7:30 when I go). read more

No problems here-- got change from the machine, washed and dried a couple loads of laundry, utilized the clothing baskets and ample folding table space, and back on my way with a much fresher-smelling suitcase. This place is dumb. The dryers ate 3 of my quarters and the attendant lady was absolutely no help. All she basically said was "tough shit". The right thing to do would have been to reimburse me but she was no help and rude. Definitely not returning here. read more
