Zero !! This place just took my $ and refuses to give it back to me. The heavy loaders are 8.00$ and not clearly marked. The owner said he can't give it back, because he can't reset it since I put some money in already. It's your machine. Sorry! I do not recommend this place at all. I use to come here a lot when it was a different owner and not this expensive. How does a business take peoples money that don't belong to them feel? I guess nothing. This place is a gigantic piece of garbage. Our washer was broken so we came here to do some laundry only to find out 75% of their machines are broken and those that do work have black mold on them. The owner of this place should be extremely disappointed as he says it's veteran owned. As a veteran and a local Ventura my entire life I own multiple businesses. Used to come here but ever since machine number 41 took my money on 8/7/22 at 4 pm. I decided to go somewhere else. Anywhere Else! Plus half the dryers aren't even working even the ones without the out of order sign on them. The place was fairly clean and not busy on this Sunday midday. I was the only other customer than another older gentleman. It started ok. Had no real problems with washing but when it came time to dry, that's where everything went sour. I'm using their pay range app and trying to figure out how it worked on the dryers(this was my first time here). There is nobody working so I have nobody to ask any questions of about anything. I go to choose a dryer but it's either out of service or not connected to the app. 14 dryers are out of order and labeled out of order. Then I find one that works on pay range and it took my money but then doesn't want to dry my load. It doesn't even spin. And there are not any other dryers open since now there are like 6 different customers here. How do I get my money back? And can the money I didn't use be returned to me? I still have about 8 in my prepaid balance. But I don't want to come back here. read more

Been coming for 4 years now (only have myself to blame for that) and every time it gets worse and worse.... A new machine is broken every time it seems like. And its not like the other ones are getting fixed. The "out of service" signs just stay on there. If you use the app to pay its a shot in the dark if your machine will 1. Appear on the app. 2. Actually function. 3. Steal your money. Not to mention some of the machines will give really bad washes... (not draining, not rinsing properly, drying with a smell, etc) I've given them the benefit of the doubt over the years but I think I'm finally done... I would recommend heeding the advice of the many other "1-star" reviews and go elsewhere to wash. read more

It's close to my place so I come here but I'm not going to any more. Sooo many washers and dryers broke. Most of the washers smell, take your money or don't wash right and have to wash again. I counted over 5 out of service dryers today on one side and three of the washers on my side were broke. The new people that work there are nice but that's about it. Glad the Hispanic lady that was grouchy is gone but just dang, get some machines that wash right. These don't even get basic dirt out half the time. read more

I like it here. I was able to wash and dry my clothes with only $5 , it's usually never packed. I like that I'm able to pay with my phone so I don't always have to have quarters with me. That new technology is cool . I been to other laundromats and they charge $4 for just a small load. It's ridiculous. It's not bad here , I've been to worse. read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! This place is looks nice enough however the staff harasses about change. I came in to get my change and laundry detergent before I got my laundry out of my car and was told I need to bring it in before I get change. I told her I'm here to wash it's fine however she kept harassing me about it. I finally went out to my car and showed her all my laundry told her this isn't how you treat potential customers and left because it was outrageous. Overall impression based on past history: 3 stars I have been coming to this laundromat for years. I stopped going for the past few months, but was planning to go back in this weekend. I have always appreciated that the water is hot; they have a restroom, magazines (VC Reporter!), and benches to sit on; the lighting and airflow is good (it stays pretty cool in hot weather); the staff are generally nice/helpful; and their machines are generally in good repair. A staff member once helped me clear out a jammed quarter. They have a good variety of washers - including two massive 4 or 5 load ones. There are some "quick" 20-minute washers, but kind of expensive at $2.50 per load. The one load and double load "Speed Queen" washers are great. I like that the dryers charge as you go - 50 cents plus 10 minutes for each additional quarter. Things are generally fairly clean, but I (admittedly picky) have often had to wipe off counters or machines. Other times, staff are not available to open the bathroom or whatever. They don't always have enough laundry carts. Side note of warning: This place has not always been the safest place at night or in the evening. They haven't always had staff on duty at all times, and vagrants tend to park in the back parking and then come do their laundry here. Most are harmless, but some do loiter or interact with one (such as asking for change or fighting with each other). So, if you're going alone, I'd definitely go in the morning. Earlier is better - like when they open, or by 8 or 9 am. Things usually pick up around 10:30 or 11, especially weekends. Tonight - WTF??? 1 star I went in tonight to get change (after eating the 3-taco special at Rosabella's across the street). I was accosted by an older man in a beanie who worked there (not sure if he is the owner). He told me that quarters were for "those machines only" and pointed at the sign posted on the change machine saying, "The quarters are intended for use in these machines only". I said I was intending on coming back tomorrow to wash my sheets. The gentleman got in my face and pointed to the sign again, "Do you not understand me? Look at the sign." He said, "You're going to play bingo, aren't you?" I laughed and said no, but the gentleman kept escalating...He said, "I've never seen you before..." etc. This was all in front of other customers, who laid low. (I cannot imagine how they felt, if they witnessed the interaction) As soon as my change was dispensed, he FOLLOWED ME to the back door. At this point, I got mad and told him that he was harassing me and that I may not come back given that he was treating me so rudely. He then FOLLOWED ME OUT THE BACK door and made a big fuss of making a call on his phone - I felt it was to intimidate me. I felt harassed and intimidated. How dare he do that to a customer! I told him if he kept following me, I would call the police. Enough was enough. I understand that they probably aren't even running at break even, and deal with people all the time who take change away from there; and, if every average Joe comes in to make change, there won't be any left for the regular paying customers. But this was one overeager enforcer! I have never been treated so rudely and presumptuously in my life! Unbelievable. I would give negative stafs, except for the fact I have had so, so many good laundry episodes there. read more

This is a good, inexpensive no frills laundromat. My wife and I have been using it every Sunday for about two months now. The equipment works fine, and everyone is courteous. There is always a boom box playing music (in Spanish of course) and there is always an attendant, which I like, though I have never had an issue that required his attention. I would give it 5 stars if there was WiFi. In case you are wondering, at the time of this writing, there are no other neighboring WiFi networks that are hackable. read more

I really liked the lady working here. She folded my clothes nicely, and asked me if I had any special instructions for my clothes, which was a relief because Normally I just hold on to items I don't want messed up by the place I used to go to. If the took card, and had longer pick up hours I would be very loyal, but for now, I will go when my working hours would allow it! read more

I witnessed an old Hispanic woman with blue hair literally harassing a couple that was just trying to do their laundry. She definitely seemed like she was on drugs. They had a small dog with them and she was talking shit to them saying the man couldn't have his dog in there. I get it, but she was disrespectful and talking down to him. At this point the man had already left and was sitting in his car. I watched her as she literally followed the lady around, right in her personal space, continuing to berate her. I spoke up and told her to leave them alone and that she didn't have to speak to them with such disrespect. She then started talking shit to me, asking me how old I was and that she's a lot older than me, she had a business degree and in drug counseling. I'm not sure what that had to do with anything.lol. All it showed me was that an education can't buy you class and it sure as hell can't help you become a people person and talk to people respectfully. It was honestly sad and embarrassing. People like that are an embarrassment to the Latino community and to the world in general. read more

I have been coming here for many years to wash my heavy comforters in the huge washing machines. Machines work fine and clean-enough for a laundromat. HOWEVER I had a less than friendly experience as it was my first time goi g in the afternoon. The older, Hispanic employee is extremely condescending can follow-up examples. I am appalled at the thought of him being so brazen in treating regular customers like this who are too afraid to say anything or have no choice but to come here EVERY week. Awful experience. I do my vacation rental Fluff and Fold here (sheets/towels, etc). The prices are reasonable, the laundry is always done promptly, I get a yummy coffee flavored candy with my laundry, plus Ms Silvia is the nicest gal ever. She runs the fluff and fold area. She always remembers me and, if she happens to step out, it's very safe just to leave a basket of laundry with my business card in front of her office door. Super nice little place..... better than the sister laundromat down off of Harbor near the beach.... friendlier and faster! read more

Place was extremely unsanitary. Only one in 6 washers clean. Bathroom had no toilet paper and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Also, on my one and only visit to this place I witnessed a Hispanic employee (possibly the owner) berating a customer for not throwing away his recyclable in the proper bin. Granted an employee or an owner has the right to POLITYLY correct someone if they are doing something wrong but to make a public announcement and correct a customer in a demeaning manner is not acceptable. There other very nice clean and sanitary places which have professional staffs town just a mile away to do to do laundry. This is definitely not one of them. She is probably the reason I am so great and doing laundry now lol.
