Open 24/7 always clean and bright, pretty safe too considering they are open all hours. Most importantly machines seem very clean!!!!! There is another place down the street a few blocks that is a little cheaper but the place will make your clothes reek of mildew and every other machine users laundry soap. That means sticky and overly perfum-y. Kind of like a sour smelling poop covered in Lysol. I was wondering why my clothes were smelling progressively sour for the past two weeks. I took my clothes fro the other place and safely rewashed them here I should have never strayed. read more

Launderland has saved me! I moved from a house in Florida with a wonderful laundry room to a tiny apartment in SB with no laundry hookups. I did laundry at Wash N Fun laundry twice before I realized how awful the experience was. I called Launderland for a laundry pickup and the owner came by within one hour to get the laundry. They even give you a huge laundry bag with your name and address on it! I've had my laundry done by Launderland (picked up and dropped off) about 40 times now. The woman on the phone is always cheerful and she remembers me every time. The owner is here within one to two hours and my laundry is always returned by late afternoon. What a great idea that someone picks up and delivers your laundry. The follow-through, leaves something to be desired. The first time I used their service, they lost my laundry bags. The second time, after explicit directives, they ruined over 50% of the clothes. They did end up replacing the clothes... The third time (I should have known better), I called to schedule a pick up and they just flat out didn't come. Never again. read more

They wanted to charge me extra and separated for my flannel queen sheets, they washed it before, and i never heard charging for flannel, therefore they should had a sign saying so, also one of the worker is very nice, but the other one has a bulldog face that made me Uncomfortable, and she treated me badly. Update on 02-11-17. The electric blanket still smelled of artificial scent after two additional washings. I had to throw it out and buy a new one. This place cost me close to $100 due to their incompetency. I took my electric blanket in on Friday for their wash and fold service and I was very pleased to learn I could pick it up later that day, I came back, it was neatly folded in a heavy plastic bag. Saturday, I opened the bag and was inundated with the strongest and most artificial scent I've smelled in years. I immediately got it out of the house, called the business and told them what had happened. I asked for my money back or to have it rewashed in unscented product at no charge. I was told there would be no problem if I bought it back to be rewashed at no charge. I went in today with the blanket still reeking of artificial scent even after it'd been aired out overnight. I was told they would need to charge me for the use of the machines and water if I wanted it rewashed. This was not acceptable. There are no signs anywhere saying I had to have asked for unscented products to be used. I was told that "some" people liked the scent. Well, if "some" people like it that means "some" people don't and they should either post that people had to ask for unscented products to be used or to verbally tell people. The woman than started claiming my blanket was dirty and implying I was trying to get a free wash. She pointed to the buff-colored, textured, faux-sheep fleece covering on one side. I explained that was how it was supposed to look. She said I had to leave the original receipt and wouldn't write up a new order form with "no charge" "unscented products only" on it. She wanted the original. Feeling like I was going to be further ripped off by being charged again without a new order with the above written on it, I felt I had no choice but to take my blanket back. After bagging it in 3 heavy-duty plastic bag, I can still smell it. Due to the strength of the scent and the material, I doubt if the scent can ever be washed out of it. It's now sitting outside stinking up the yard. read more

When I have the time... er, make the time I do my coin-op laundry here. There is free wi-fi and a good selection of current magazines to peruse. Lately I have taken to actually dropping my laundry off which kind of irks me that I do it but nonetheless, I'm doing it. $15 minimum for 15 pounds of laundry, $1 per pound after that for same day pick-up. I've used the machines at Launderland on De la Vina for a long time. Reasonably priced, has paper-to-quarters changing machines, an ATM and some very up to date models of washer and dryers. The staff during day time hours is a ready to help if asked. You can use their (unsecured) wi-fi at no extra charge. I haven't used their drop off/pick up later, or home delivery services but they seem popular. BTW If you want to get food while you wait SB Chicken Ranch, Carniceria Maya are almost next door, and Presto Pasta, and El Sitio and are also nearby. read more

I have been here a few times now. Prices are high compared to other facilities. Don't use the bigger washers. They do not get the clothes clean. The dryers take two cycles to dry your load. (My loads tend to be smaller). The service is not very friendly or helpful. A Canadian coin came out of the change machine & when I asked for it to be replaced with a quarter the attendee was rude & told me she didn't have one. I told her I would need to have it replaced since it was provided from their coin machine & the washers & dryers would not accept it. The facility is generally overcrowded & hot. I suppose the only upside here is that it is open 24/7. read more

I am able to text someone for a fluff and fold service, I leave my laundry out, and it's picked up and dropped off same day! For laundry it's great but really have to watch your back every week that we have been their theirs been Lots of drug activity drug attics going in and out of the restroom Shooting up I walked into the restroom after they left and guess what 2 syringes I left a note for the owner a couple times I guess he doesn't care because I did not receive a phone call back. Trucking through town we needed to do laundry. This place was great the attendant start of the machine over again when I didn't realize you could pick your own cycle. Got my quarters from the office so I didn't and have to deal with putting $1's in the machine. Everything was perfect. no drug activity no needles in the bathroom just families doing their laundry. plenty of parking parking for big trucks clean everything worked and with the grocery store next door you can kill two birds with one stone if we need to do laundry next time we come thru we will definitely do it here again! read more

The lady working there on Monday 4/23/18 has the worst customer service every. She was very rude to my mother and was yelling at her for dropping her dryer sheets on the ground when she was folder her clothes. Will never be going back to this place! read more

Initially when I was using their pick-up service, I did not experience any problems as I was dealing directly with the owner. Now, when I am being assisted by staff, on 3 separate occasions I've called 24 hours in advance for pick-up and no one has showed up or called to apologize. I've tried placing an order online and they still don't show up. I've left voicemails and messages with the staff, as well as sent emails asking for the owner to call me, but I get no response. Just want to say thanks to the owners, this was my first time as I recently moved here and what an amazing place. I spent a few hours there and even on a Sunday there is someone on site to help you if needed. They had 2 TV and several places to sit comfortably and cool air coming in. A very nice experience.
