This place is absolutely foul and disgusting never come here only if you want to be walking around in trash and water the floors are disgusing I wouldn't trust this place at all but I was in DESPERATE need to wash clothes there are basically no carts here I have to make 5 trips to my car and back just to wash all my clothes! And to bring it to the washers and dryers good lord this place is not good at all I saw a roach! We come here every weekend seems to always be an issue when we come as in the workers dont help or assistance when u need help if they dont help customers why be there. Also they took up the washer prices which is crazy to me 7 something for a smaller washer just imagine the bigger ones. This will be the last time we use this place. And I wouldn't use this place if I lived in this area laundry shouldn't cost that much. Not to mention half the washers are broken with no signs u won't know until after u put it all in and then they will act like its not a big deal but it is when there aren't signs present. Be aware of the card machine when u need a laundry card it wasnt working so the man tells him to buy a new card when it wasn't our card it was the machine. The ladies that work here are very accommodating and helpful. Depending on what time you go it will be slow or busy. Best time is early morning. The process here at the mart is not hard to understand. Very reasonable prices to get your clothes washed If you don't have a washer. They also offer other services out convenience so you don't have to wash them yourself. It's not the cleanest here but overall not that bad for a wash. They have machines if you forget any laundry stuff there's also and family dollar in the same lot for laundry & groceries you may need. read more

I've been here many times while visiting Florida. You have to buy a card and put money on it to use the machines here. It's very easy to do and works fine. They have all size machines and the dryers work really good too. There's always someone inside that can help, in the day time for sure, not sure about the evening hours. The staff is helpful and you can drop your clothes off to them if you don't have time to do it yourself, for a fee of course. They have vending machines with snacks, drinks and ice cream. It's located in a parking mall that has a blood donor place, rent a center, dollar tree , dialysis place and mortuary service place in it, so there's lots of parking. read more

Unfortunately I've been in worse laundromats. But, sadly I'm in this one. The place is kind of gross. I'm here at 1:45 on a Saturday afternoon, and yes there are about 4 attendants working (maybe more). It seems safe enough, which is a definite plus. Thats the highlight though. The washers I used left my clothes with a kind of funky smell, even though I used fabric softener and Lysol laundry sanitizer. There is so much soap and gunk on top of the machines that it looks like it was accumulating for days, not hours. Some of the dryers have what can best be described as melted rubber gloves burned into them. You have to be careful to find a dryer that is clean enough on the inside that residue like that won't ruin your clothes. The floors are deeply dirty and the grout at the bottom of the washers looks like it was never cleaned since they opened. The ceiling is covered in dust that looks like it will snow on you at any time. Although there are tons of washing machines and a lot of dryers, many are not working. YOU CAN ONLY PAY USING THEIR CARD SYSTEM, which means you will always have money left over on their "card". Total scam and rip off. Their vending machine for laundry products (soap, dryer sheets, etc) was fairly well stocked but not working. If there was ever an argument for someone to buy one of those portable washing machines that they sell on Amazon, it's this place. read more

My prime complaint is their method of charging for service. I first had to buy a card for two dollars and then apply value to charge the cost of the washer and dryer . Value can only be added in increments of 10 dollars but the cost of a wash and dry is significantly less. I don't specifically remember the cost of the wash (it was in the neighborhood of $8.75) and the dry was $3.75 which totals to $12.50 but I had to pay $22.00 for the privilege . Assuming that I returned at a later date , I could use the remainder of the card but if I never return, a wash and dry for one load of laundry is $22.00. It is a rip off. It appears as though the laundromat is selling air with a wash and dry. read more

Management cant understand you when you're trying to tell them that you have a dryer on delicate and it literally burnt your clothes and all your delicates are a wrinkled mess. Management wants to argue with me and won't rewash my clothes to get them wet again, and put them into a dryer a different one obviously that one is malfunctioning. I was very nice but this lady just refuses and acts like she's doing me a favor by saying she will only wash them over or dry them again . Why would I dry them again if they are completely dry with tons of wrinkles . I need to rewatch them and then use a different dryer and put it on delicate again. She can see the dryer I used is still on delicate . It's obviously the dryer . Just do the right thing by your customers and rewash them and then re-dry them if they had a issue . I have to spend more time here now and more money , plus my pillow sham is all burnt . This is ridiculous! If you have good clothes do not come here . read more

Don't let the neighborhood drive you away. This place is very clean and secure feeling. Tiny, medium, and mega sized washers and dryers. Pre-load system takes bills and gives you an ATM card to use in machines, good for regulars. They offer wash, dry, and fold service here as well read more

If you haven't been back here lately you should check it out! They just finished remodeling and it's better than ever. This laundry is ope 24 hours all week. Sometimes I use their fast drop-off service if I don't feel like staying and doing my own laundry. They have new dryers now which work great! read more
