Amazingly spotless laundromat, large washers and dryers. Option to use credit/debit card to start washers made it simple. Dryers were coin operated and were large and efficient. I was greeted by Beth, as she opened the door several times as I brought in my laundry. She was very friendly and attentive. I live in Illinois but work in Kenosha and make it a point to conduct business within the Kenosha community and am happy I made the choice I did. Really nice and clean laundry mat. Well advertised on website. Only critique would be to mention all the washing machine options and their respective prices on the website. But overall 10/10 laundry mat. For anyone's FYI: They have "extra large load" washers for 5.75, "giant load" washers for 7.50, "top load" for 2.75, and "double load" for 3.50. We were in town for a wedding and had the unfortunate experience of having a sick child. We found this laundro max near the playground and decided to try it. Of course I did not have cash on me. When I asked the attendant if they sold laundry detergent she said "yes on the back wall, you need quarters". When I told her I needed to go get cash, she said "you can just go to the dollar store and get detergent there if you want." Amazing. When I returned, she helped me figure out how to use the machines and was very patient. She really turned a bad experience into a positive for me and my stuff was washed! read more

Extended work trip so need a quick wash. This is without a doubt the cleanest laundry mat I've ever used. Clean build and clean machines. Lots of washers and dryers. You can pay with credit/debit through a central kiosk or by coins. There is a grocery store next door which is handy if you need any supplies. Dear Andy, I will no longer frequent your establishment due to the fact that one of your staff members sabotaged me. I was recently in your laundromat in which the older, white female staff member who normally opens on Sundays was there on Tuesday morning. I believe that she raised the level of one of my dryers due to my clothes were so hot to the touch that I could not handle them. Moreover, I ALWAYS without fail have my clothes on low heat. I even checked and double checked that my dryer was set at low heat. As a result, some of my clothes have shrunken from the tampering of one of my dryers. This staff member does not allow patrons to freely do their laundry. She is either sweeping or cleaning on top of patrons, inconveniencing those of us that only have so much room to do laundry, to have to move over for her to get through. She even pushes her carts into people as she moves to the back of the room. She doesn't even say excuse me just squeezes her cart past. I have even seen her act rude to patrons raising her voice in a snotty way. There should be a time where your staff cleans the environment without inconveniencing patrons NOT at a time when there is a full room of people trying to do their laundry. This staff member runs around the room like a frenzied jack rabbit causing high stress and anxiety to those trying to use your facility. So, as this text will not make a difference in the long run, I have to voice my disappointment regarding my most recent experience. Thank you. read more

I needed to quickly do a load of laundry and went off my Apple Maps which showed this location closing at 10PM (this information does not account for last load). I showed up just ahead of the 8:30PM cut off to literally do one load of laundry. Working staff said I didn't make it while I looked at my watch that had 8:30 on it. I get the rules and I heard her say something as I was walking away frustrated. Maybe they were going to let me do my ONE load but hey... let's lock up as quickly as possible! read more

Let me start by saying how much I generally HATE going to the laundromat. This was different though. 1. I came toward the door with a huge tote, and the guy opened the door for me. 2. The guy immediately helped me figure out which size washer I needed for my king size comforter, making sure I knew there were smaller sizes that could work (which happened to be cheaper). 3. Without even having to ask, the guy told me which laundry additive went where. 4. I could run to Pick N Save while the washer was going. 5. They take credit cards. 6. The guy let me know how much time should dry my comforter, which actually saved me time and money. Would I recommend this place? HECK YES! read more

Was on a business trip and needed to do some laundry. Friendly staff. Very clean. Had change and detergent machines that worked. Also had a phone app to pay for machines. Looked likes some drink vending. Most all of the machine seemed operational. Not too crowded (mid-day on a Tuesday). Clothes came out clean and dry. read more

Our washer was broken so we had to use a laundromat. I checked a lot of them out on line first and Laundromax had really good reviews so I was okay with driving from Racine to Kenosha. This place is great! It is clean, the manager is on site and extremely helpful and friendly. They have an app so you don't even have to bring cash with you. If you don't want to download the app, you can still use your credit card. Since we don't use laundromats I can't say if this was pricey or not, but I thought it was reasonable and they have 4-5 different size washers. The bathrooms were immaculate, plenty of rolling carts and a huge bank of dryers. If I ever find the need to use a laundromat, we will definitely be back. read more

This is the cleanest, biggest, most convenient laundromat I've ever stepped foot in! Our bedding never fits in our washer at home so we tried a few laundromats in the area with large capacity washers. Every one we went to was what you'd expect of a laundromat. Loud, broken machines, questionable costumers, kids running all over the place.... Well, not at Laundromax. I'm so happy this place opened up!! There's always someone working so if you have to run and pick up something at the store while your stuff is in the machine, that's fine. It's safe. Not only that but you can PAY WITH AN APP!
