This location has arcade machines that the workers have no idea how much it cost to play , who owns the machines or who the owner is...there is no price on the ms.pacman /galaga machine and it does not work, I put a 1.50 in it and the associates said all they can do is push the button to see if it gives my coins back it did not return my.coins she said they used to keep an out of order sign on it in the past but it kept getting torn off. So apparently they just left it plugged up like a functioning pay to play game. My opinion it's easier to just continue to rip off the families they pay to do business here than to remove machines that don't work..why remove something that is constantly collecting money right? Especially when there is no accountability...it was elaborated theres another machine that don't work here,however yet here they continue to sit collecting money.so can anyone drop off broken arcade game in your store and make some money? It was said there's not even a log or phone number to call the person to report it .now it is not about my first and last time 1.50...its about the lack of ethics and honestly that is on going across all your business hours to your cutomers.this is my first visit back in 7 yrs, I wouldn't have came today had I not needed to. It's a big place lots of washers and dryers , But the machines are small compared to what I've used elsewhere, had to use 2 for what normally have been a 1 machine load. First time here, it's pretty clean apart from some of the trash that come in here. I have only been here one time, but this location is kept very clean. I have not used a laundry mat in a long time, but using the speed queen washer and dryer was definitely worth the extra money to save time at least on the wash. The dryers actually dry your clothes with time you expect. I would definitely recommend this location and will be back here again. read more

I hate going to the laundromat. At least at this location, I feel the staff tries to keep the place up by keeping the machines operating, and there are always at least a couple of people on staff who will address any issues. It's difficult to keep a place clean, especially when so many people are in and out with their rowdy children and leave their trash all over the place. However, this staff seems diligent in trying to keep up with the mess left by the clientele. If you have to go to the laundromat, I think it's one of the better ones on the east side. read more

This is our favorite laundromat. The hours are convenient day or night. The place is kept very clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. The machines are every size you may need. There are plenty of rolling baskets. There are small booths to sit in. The vending machines are well stocked with various snacks and laundry products. The bathroom is kept clean. The coffee pot is always ready dispense hot complimentary coffee. The television is always playing. The change machine works very well. Convenient location by other businesses. I don't go tanning but I do like going here to do laundry. The only problem I do have with this laundry and tan is I only like going when the manager is working because she seems like the only one who cares about how clean the place is. Some of the other employees just want to stand behind the counter and chit chat or play around on their phones and when you ask them for help they roll their eyes at you. I also watched as an employee treated a deaf woman like crap and all she was doing was asking for a foam cup for water. read more
