This place worked out well. I'd recommend coming during the day if possible--it's much less busy. At night, especially near closing, some homeless individuals tend to gather, and once the doors are locked, you can't re-enter. The machines were decent overall, but it's a good idea to check for leftover detergent residue from previous users. One convenient feature is that you don't need coins--you can pay by card (which I realized after the fact!). All in all, it got the job done and my clothes came out clean.

I paid, got home, took the clothes out, and, as it turns out, they left FOUR holes in my daughter's Burberry skirt. These are clothes we are supposed to be wearing for my cousin's funeral in four (4) days. How dare you? On top of leaving holes in the skirt, the clothes still smell like the department store. If I didn't know any better, I'd say you kept my clothes for three (3) days and didn't clean them at all. You are thieves, and you are disgusting. I paid you $40 to poke holes in my daughter's skirt? The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.
