I'll be honest, I didn't read all the reviews and didn't realize this is not a brick and mortar store, but purely a delivery service. So, I'm glad I didn't start driving. I was in a bind because I was switching hotels and desperately needed same day service. With the hotel option out, this business came to the rescue. At first I phoned them and received voicemail, but when they texted me back I was able to make arrangements for expedited same day service. I had the laundry out before 11am and back by 7:30pm. The timing couldn't have worked out better. Also, by doing everything via text I was able to meet my clothes just moments after they were delivered to my neighboring resort's bell desk. The laundry was packed perfectly in white heavy duty almost newsprint/wrapping paper stock. It was very durable and very strong as I chose to walk 28lbs of laundry back up to my beautiful resort suite. The fantastic thing about it was their meticulous folding, and the pleasant scent of clean laundry. $110 for expedited same day service of 28lbs of clothing. One of those services where you don't mind paying that much if it's quality. I've had enough botched hotel services that cost more and offered less products and services. Hotel laundry service charges by the piece which means our laundry would have cost $40,000 to do...but here, they charge by the pound which is far more economical. They picked up our humongous bag from the Grand Floridian early in the morning and returned our cleaned clothes later that night --- a lifesaver because our kids were at risk of visiting the Magic Kingdom without any pants (not that it has ever stopped Donald ). I had the pleasure of using this wonderful laundry service. Contact and response by text msgs were prompt. I dropped off the laundry ( pack a big laundry bag) with the concierge and was happy to hear that many hotel guests use the same laundry service. My laundry was picked up on time and returned all neatly folded and wrapped in heavy duty paper stock. The clothes smelled clean and they used hypoallergenic baby friendly detergent. I had originally asked for same day service but was told not available for that day anymore. They offered the next day service but promised an earlier turn around time than the standard normal 24 hours. I was ok with that since I still had a few clean cloths for my two kids. To my surprise, my laundry was done and dropped off with the concierge within 4 hours! They said they saw that I had a lot of baby clothes and they have a soft spot for babies! They have been an incredible help to my mom and I given the current situation my mom is dealing with-About 2 months ago my mom had to enter a skilled nursing facility in downtown Orlando where they said they would provide laundry services..... Well, they provided a service that stole her clothes- about $250 worth. I live in Virginia so I had to overnight her clothes since they couldn't find hers. After that experience, I assured my mom I would find a reputable laundry service for her. I first contacted a company with 3 locations in the Orlando area who claim they are in the pick up/delivery laundry business. They were a disaster. They would forget to pick up, refused to walk 15 feet to my mom's room even though they claim to pick up laundry in high rise condos etc... They were so unprofessional. I am a seasoned business traveler for over 20 years. I never pay hotel prices. But I do manage to find a local service that does laundry by the pound. I pay between 1.25 and 1.35 a pound from Miami to New York with same day service. I do expect to pay more with pick up. This company was very prompt to reply and did a great job. However the 2.50 per pound was outrageous, the 15.00 pick up fee was in line, but the 25.00 return same day fee was also outrageous. In a pinch I would use them again, but most likely I would plan better and use a drop off service which I found 3 of right around where I was staying at Universal. read more

As far as I can tell, they fulfilled request to use hypoallergenic soap to be easier for baby clothes. There was no additional charge for that. They picked up and delivered back to the bell desk at my hotel with 24 hour turnaround. The cost for 16 pounds of laundry was $55. If I did the laundry myself at pay machines in a hotel it would have cost at least half that much and take a couple hours. Laundry came neatly folded, packaged, and smelling great. Ok - based on the reviews I decided to give these guys a try. WHAT A PLEASURE!!!! Staying at the Hyatt they will do your laundry for you - I added it up and the for them to do a week's worth of socks, underwear, jeans, and shirts for my girlfriend and I - each priced per piece) would have totaled nearly $60. Even with the pickup fee of $15 these guys are FAR less expensive. But it really isn't about price - though of course that is a factor. The service is beyond excellent. I have always said that if you start any business, and delivery better service than the customer expects, the customers will find you. This is one such business. First, the ease of use of this service is wonderful. It was done completely though text and Paypal. The flexibility for pickup (available at the hotel bell station until 6:00 PM) was great. Clearly they have established a good relationship with the bell captains as well as they were eager to assist with labeling the package for pickup. A text was also sent indicating when it would be available to be retrieved from the bell station - with 30 seconds of each other I received a text announcing the drop off, and a call from the bellman saying they had a package. In most other markets I end up having to hunt down a was and fold - drop it off, and then go back and pick it up. I truly wish these guys had a franchise in all the cities I stay. read more
