I called the owner of the laundromat and he immediately apologized and drove 45 minutes to refund my money. This laundry mat has it all! The whole place is clean, and freshly mopped when we come in right…read moreafter opening, machines are shining and it smells great. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! Loaded machine 24, started to enter quarters some dropped some came back... kept trying, same…read moreresult. So confused. Called the store of course no workers are present and the answer i get is "keep trying" and "change out your quarters" like huh!?! I got these quarters from your change machine.. so after trying yet again i took my laundry and left donating 75 cents to machine 24... btw i tried machine 25 to my left, quarter came back... i don't have time for these games can i just wash a shirt? It seems like it's common too, but the response I got when I called. Hard pass....
