I have been using fluff & fold for over a year for my weekly pickup and drop-off service. 24 hour turn around, cloths come back clean as can be, folded like professionals, makes putting away so easy. My shirts come back on hangers. It's perfect. Everyone ive spoken to, they are incredible. I went in person to do my laundry (heavy blankets). I hadn't been to a laundromat in 30 years so I went with a bunch of quarters. I was a bit shocked that it's way more expensive than it used to be and machines and dryers don't take quarters. LOL. So there was a very nice lady working there and I wish I had gotten her name that helped me with the process. The place is very clean and the machines are great. I visited this location for the first time the staff use more than half of the machines. Oh and make sure that you only load what you need on the card because if you dont use it you loose it they won't REFUND that sounds like theft to me...wouldn't entertain this location much better places than this out there. read more

This company literally STOLE my clothes today. I was being served by another wash-and-fold pickup and delivery company that was apparently contracting them to do work for them. Now they decided they were going to take the customers on their own and at increased rates (claiming to be saving the customers money). I had no idea they were going to come by and take my laundry and not the original company. I asked them to bring it back. Still waiting. I file a police report in the morning if it's not returned. read more

Used fluff and fold a few times while staying in town for work. They ended up losing 3/4 of my items which were all work clothes so I had nothing to wear for all of my meetings. They ended up finding them 2 weeks later after I expressed the amount it would cost to replace them. The owner said he was going to give me a credit for future services since I'd be staying in town for a while. He nor his manager ever followed up with a credit and acted like it was an inconvenience to even speak with me. Will not be using them moving forward. read more

Vivian was an excellent help to me. I arranged quarter til 11. My dryer broke and I needed clothes and chef clothes for work. My dryer broke at home and I didn't have much experience being at a laundromat other than pay by the pound. She helped me through all the aspects to get my clothes cleaned and dried effectively and in a timely fashion and she even stayed 15 minutes extra for me and I am greatly appreciated. She should Def be a manager at this place if she isn't already!!!!! read more

Best Laundry Mat around. This place is not too small so you don't feel like you're on top of the person next to you doing laundry, bathrooms are clean, and the place is always staffed. There are two TV's, plenty of places to sit, and plenty tables to fold your clothes on. This laundry mat is unique in that you put your money in a machine and a Laundry Card is given to you. So you don't have to worry about having quarters on you. Also the cards are re-usable. They have step stools if you need it when putting your soap in as well as cloths to wipe the side of detergent if it drips down. They also have dry cleaning and they have a service to do your laundry for you. All around good place to do Laundry. read more

I just got back my first delivery of cleaned laundry from Fluff and Fold and I am very happy with their service! Next day service, and you can schedule pick-ups, specify which detergent, etc, and any special instructions online. With the text notifications it was nice to know when my clothes had been picked up and when they were delivered while I was at work. Everything was clean and beautifully folded. I used Fluff and Fold for several years with their pick up and delivery service. They did an excellent job on laundry, I have to say, but they returned three silk blouses from dry cleaning that were not mine. The manager, Ralph, rudely informed me that the blouses were mine and he wouldn't do anything about it. Unfortunately, I had no photos of me wearing my blouses, so no evidence for Small Claims Court.
