I asked her some questions about where to get soap and she said if you go into the store and ask for free soap, they'll give it to you or you could buy other soap there she had a smile, and it was very intuitive, because I don't know my way around laundry mats and said if she could help me with anything else let me know and as I continue sitting here and watching her work really hard. She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected.
