Called from New Orleans a month prior asking about same day service steaming. I was needing my wedding dress steamed & they assured us that they do it & we would be able to wait for it if we wanted. Would only take 30 mins. Arrive to Vegas & go on a Tuesday only to be told WE NEED A DAY. No apologies, no anything. So I spent the morning scrambling trying to find a place to steam my wedding dress. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL...FUCK THIS PLACE...also wondering what same day service do they offer since that is what they advertise. The experience at this cleaners has been horrible. First I'm quoted a bill that I had to call them for because they can't quote you when you drop off?? First red flag, then when I checked out it was 20 dollars higher then what I was quoted. Though they did make that situation right. Next time I go in and I do the check in for Yelp %25 off the front desk lady says that I had to let them know about that when I dropped the clothes off? It says no where on the Yelp discount or the discount they have on there own website that you have to present discount at drop off. Actually the website states that the total has to be over $40 to get the discount and since they don't give you a price on your ticket when you drop off how would I have know I was even eligible for the discount at drop??! I travel in town for work throughout the year and sometimes need laundry service. I don't prefer the hotel so I've used super cleaners a couple of times. They do a good job, they are timely, and friendly enough that it feels somewhat like my local cleaners. They also have helped me by running my clothes on the delicate cycle which I prefer. My clothes were a day late. Showed up twice in one day, they still weren't ready. Ended up getting yelled at by the owners daughter even though it wasn't my fault the clothes weren't cleaned. Called back to speak to a manager, ended up talking to the same person. She literally asked me, "wheres your accountability in all of this?" I did nothing wrong but assume my clothes would be done in the time originally agreed upon. She also mentioned that its customary for there to be delays, so if you need something cleaned for vacation DO NOT GO HERE. Side note...when i left after the second time( i gave them an extra four hours to clean my coat, still not done) i heard her complaining to other customers about me. I was really excited to try this place out, but once was enough. In the end she didnt even finish cleaning my unfinished coat, but i still paid for it. read more

SAME DAY SERVICE!!! Convenient location close to downtown and the strip, and they offer same day service. They do have covered parking, even though there is road construction at that intersection. Look else where to avoid getting scammed out of your money. Three times I explained that I needed a simple wash and fold of my laundry and I even dropped off the laundry a full day ahead of my flight. When called to check on a good pick up time the next day I was told I would have to wait until Monday which was 4 days away or pay extra to have it rushed. It took another ten minutes of explaining my situation and I had already been reassured the day earlier that my clothes would be ready on time without any rush payment. I do not feel that there was any language barrier nor do I think they are idiots, more than likely this is a ploy used to charge more Money. If you are on vacation and need laundry done I suggest going to the coin op laundry at Charleston and Bruce street, they charged only $15 and had it done in 2 hours. I agree with Jimmy H.- AWFUL! Have been going here for quite a while so I was horrified to find 2 expensive sweaters in my last pick-up severely SHRUNKEN. The woman (owner) there also denied shrinking the sweaters and also tried to ignore me before I showed her the same sweater I had in a different color to one she shrunk. She continued to deny, said it was impossible, then tried to walk away several times. I was calm, and professional, but firm, and obviously upset. She proceeded to insist the sweater wasn't the same as the one I brought in (it clearly is) because the "material feels different". No kidding! The wool fibers have shrunk so much that it DOES feel different. And the tags on the inside are scrunched together due to the shrunken material around them. She inspected the tags in both the ruined and non-ruined sweater to see that the material and make were EXACTLY the same. Since this accusation wasn't working out, she then had the nerve to accuse me of washing it/shrinking them myself and blaming her. The tags they put on them were still on! I pointed this out to her and she tried to walk away again, but not after telling me that I "just want money". Well, they SHOULD reimburse me for ruining 2 beautiful sweaters. I will probably open a complaint with the BBB or try small claims court, just because I cannot believe someone would treat a customer like this after destroying their property. BEWARE! read more

Similar reviews on Yelp should have pointed me in another direction but I didn't think to check. Too much faith in the consistency of the dry cleaning business. Awful. Took a brand new shirt in to get pressed. Had a black mark on it when I got it back so I returned it to have them get it off. The woman who I presume to be the owner said it was ink but it was clearly burnt or something burnt in from the press. She denied that and said I have to return it to the store before storming off. AVOID THIS CLEANERS - UNDER NEW BAD MANAGEMENT & SERVICE. I live in a nearby high-rise and have been going to this cleaners for 10 years. (I like to support local neighborhood business.) Never had any MAJOR problems - the clothes were not always pressed as well as you might expect, but they were clean. Picking up my recent dry-cleaning was a HORROR SHOW. I always inspect my clothes and charges before leaving the store. First, I was overcharged - my 2 blouses were charged as women's jackets (honest mistake & they corrected the charge). Second, my black suit jacket was not cleaned and had a large white dust?/power?/?? blotch on the front (which was not there when I brought it in). Third, my expensive black slacks (St. John) were noticeably faded and not pressed (looked as if they were 'laundered' NOT dry-cleaned or pressed). Forth, the man's shirt in the batch was cleaned, but the pressed collar was crushed and unbuttoned. Unfortunately, I had paid before finding these issues. When I brought all of this to the attention of the clerk she was surprised and agreed with my complaints. I asked for the manager (unavailable). I was extremely upset about my faded $150 St. John slacks that were no longer appropriate for work. We took pictures of my garments; she said she sent them to management and they would call me to discuss. I never got a call and after 4 days I went back to the shop. No manager. I went back the next day no manager - I demanded my money back - the clerk said she was not allowed to refund it. 24 hours later I received a voice message that said they were "disappointed to hear I was unhappy with the service" and they would paypal my refund for the cleaning [lack of] - never addressing my damaged slacks. went into the shop the next day and still no manager. I demanded cash and I believe because there were other customers there, the clerk gave it to me. I heard this shop is under new management - we'll it is terrible! .... and they clearly do not have any interest in basic customer service. Never again. read more

Found bleach spots on 2 shirts. Went in 4 times to get it resolved because the manager wasn't there the 1st 3 times. Then she said "we don't use bleach and we didn't do this".
