It is ghetto. Trust, I am from Oakland. Monday morning at 9:00am. The local loitering folks as you enter, broken machines, and a $4 per load. Dirty. Cheapest laundromat in town (according to their signs.) I've now used them twice, once after midnight several months ago, once at 8 am today. The experience was better at night. Parking in the rear was convenient and plentiful, as long as you go during daylight hours (back door locks around 9 pm). Plenty of various sized machines working and available both times. Decent prices. My late night visit had a very conscientious worker who was cleaning lint traps out, sweeping and keeping the place clean. Due to homeless situation in this area, Security walked through once while I was there. Unfortunately the building must currently have an issue with the a/c because it was hot inside and ceiling tiles were missing and water was leaking on floor. I can appreciate that you can do your own laundry or drop-off and pay to have attendants do it (for a fee). If you find yourself in need of laundry service, this place is convenient, inexpensive and normally well maintained. read more

Honestly at first I really didn't like the laundry mat . But as I continued on to come I noticed one employee who would always be asking if we needed help very nice !! victor is amazing!! I have done laundry here on the daytime a couple of times and have always had a great experience. The prices are great, cheapest in town for sure. Considering how busy it gets the staff always keeps the facility clean. Shout out to Oscar for helping me with one of the machines. Just moved to the east side of town and wish I would have listened to my husband and gone to a less busy place. Not only do you waste money having to wash your clothes more then once but 2 out of 7 washers had so much water in the softener dispenser that I'm sure I just wasted my product. After 36 years I know how much of what to use to keep my clothes smelling nice and clean in a smoking household and they didn't even smell clean coming out of the dryer. Also the guy working there was so busy and overworked that he couldn't help anyone and had a horrible attitude when we asked if there was even a public bathroom (honestly never got an a answer and not a single door was marked and Albertsons was quicker) Last but not least, I would recommend ladies get their time in during the daylight hours. After the sun went down I literally watched a homeless man get 100% naked and put his clothes in a washer, and walk out to his bike naked to put something on. Also watched a girl run up on the car next to me and try to run off with a bag of their dirty laundry, thankfully I was out there and honked my horn and scared her off. Came back to use the dryer in the newer back room where the big ones are,informed the guy working this day(Sat. mornings) that I'd noticed few times now that the timer or the count is wrong..every coins means every heat.He just says ok and act like he didn't understand me"I wish some would stop playing like there's a language barrier when English is a second language or a must in order to get a job in town or anywhere else".I am surprised the owner or co owner hasn't response to anything re: any reviews on here or at least acknowledge.So I came back this week and same person I'd informed about the machine count was doing the same thing,the person I'd informed already was here and he act like he caught amnesia or don't want to look up,he had his other coworkers tell me all the other bs answers."SMH,what happened to Premises liability law requires that property owners ensure of any person who enters their property, and take all reasonable measures to accomplish this and get things done or look into'..again,every coin matter when using heat". read more

I'm sorry, I rarely write reviews. I found this place for to some coupons I found on my car. Usually I toss them but since my apartment building machines are a mess, I went way from the west side to take off a free $4 machine with a $4 purchase. I usually go at night. It can be busy. The staff always stops to help you, answer questions, and will go out of their way for you. The machines clean very well and you can add or wash and/ or extra rinse on most machines for free. They range from just under $2 to$7 machines. The dryers work mostly well. I've had small issues but staff always helps. 8 min per quarter or 6 min per quarter for the extra large dryers. They work well and is wholly dependent on how much you stuff them. A decent load of laundry not overloaded costs no more that 32 min. If it does, staff will help. I recommend fully. Plenty of machines, rarely if ever a wait. Try it out. read more

I have used their services on and off for 4 or 5 years. The machines always work and do a good job. During the height of the pandemic I used the drop off service with little to no complaints. There are issues with certain aspects of the business but there are issues with certain aspects of all businesses. Bottom line is, your clothes will be clean and dry. read more
