Extremely professional. Go out of their way to make things look great! I just started coming to this laundromat and they are great. I didn't know which machines to use for my laundry and a very nice lady helped me the whole way down to how much to put into the dryers to get the best dry. I wish I had gotten her name but lady with the red curly hair, you were wonderful and so helpful. They are very reasonable price wise. Nothing like clean fresh laundry! I recently fractured my shoulder and needed help with the laundry. Wash Street was very responsive, answered their phones quickly and responded to all of my questions. They provide bags for your laundry and return it neatly folded. They text you when they're on their way to pick up, let you know the charge the following day and drop off on the next day. My only complaint and the reason for four stars rather than five is the fact that sometimes the text comes very soon before pick up/drop off. It would be helpful to have at bit more notice. I've been using Wash Street now for a while for their pickup, wash, fold and deliver service out of the Dover route (I live in Lee but fall on the Dover route) and LOVE their service, whenever I speak with their customer service they are always friendly, professional and a pleasure to speak with. For example I just spoke w/ Caitlyn about a delivery scheduled for tomorrow that I needed to reschedule, no problem at all took me all of about 3 minutes on the phone and its done. The laundry always comes back clean and nicely folded in a plastic bag inside the laundry bag I provide. Definitely recommend these folks! read more

I now use their wash and fold service- easy and great. Nice pick up, and drop off, fair prices. They come to Concord a few times a week.

I went here because I live across the street and thought it would be a easy place to get my suits dry cleaned. They charged over $26 per suit. Not only that, there was a stain on my pants when I got them back. So basically, I paid them a lot of money not to clean my clothes. Thankfully, there are much better alternatives in the area. read more

Used to be a nice place to wash your clothes, not any more. I'm a walk in customer every saturday. The last two Saturdays the employees have taken up the only two folding tables that are available to walk in customers. Last year they halfed the establishment and made a seperate room in the back reducing the front by half. They have a large folding table in the back but thats used for their coffee maker and cleaning products apparently. I nicely asked to have one of the folding tables in front cleared for me to fold. Both attendents (not at the folding tables for the last 10 minutes but at the register) looked at each other and told me that would mean they would have to move "their stuff" I told them there was a large table in the back room for them to fold and they replied that there was no room back there. (Maybe clear the 20 customer pick up bags on the floor and make a path to use the large table!!!) How about a another table to fold by the back entrance or use only one table up front to fold the pick laundry. Looking for another laundry this Saturday..."WASH BUT NO FOLD ON ELM STREET" SHOULD BE YOUR NEW NAME. Employees need a little customer service training. read more

Wow! Wash Street on Elm provides amazing service. They provided overnight wash-and-fold service, sorted everything perfectly into individual bags, and even tied bows on the bags.
