Always do my laundry here no issues. Store is clean & a lot of washers & dryers available to use.

Its incredibly disappointing that I have to write this review. I've been bringing my laundry here for about a year and a half now, but no longer will i use this company. Recently I dropped off 2 bags worth of clothes to be washed, after receiving them i noticed that the bags were lighter then usual. After noticing that some of my clothes were missing, I called and spoke a women letting her know that my clothes weren't in the bag, she notified me and told me that my clothes were mixed into another persons bag and that there was no way of getting them back. I asked if there ways some way to be compensated for this issue, she told me to bring a receipt for the clothes to work out an amount. I gave here a receipt, and she argued with me on the price, i explained that is what i lost. After seeing this she said that she cant honor the full amount of the receipt saying that they are "used clothes" and not "new ones". We agreed on a price, and i figured that it was settled. The amount i was credited was to be applied to the next round of clothes i would bring in. I dropped off my bags last night and picked them up this morning, when i said that ill used the credit to pay for this round of laundry, she told me that she was no longer going to honor the price and that i would have to pay for this load. I paid, took my bags of clothes and left. Sad to say that i will not be returning to this place, and will no longer be giving them my business. My washing machine broke, so until I can get a repair person, I've been running my laundry over here to wash, I used the dryer once, it took forever to dry clothes , the dryers don't get hot enough, so I take my wet clothes home to dry. The place has improved since my last visit during Covid, when I had to wait for a washing machine to be delivered. The Place is very clean. read more

This place went downhill fast! Machines are often full of dust, grim and mold. Also they now let their clientele hoard carts and with the ghett0n3ss factor of their customers, there's no reasoning with them and saying "hey I need to transfer my laundry from a washer to a dryer I need a cart." I literally will never come here again. read more

This is thee worst place I've ever used in my life! The dryers are dated and destroyed my brand new blanket! I put it over to the women who don't know their ass from their elbow and I told him what happened and they looked at me and made believe they didn't speak English and shrug their shoulders and pointing fingers at me and I kept explaining to them that this was a brand new blanket and when I was here it was completely brand new and then I took it out of the dryer and it was covered in in Mike's it looked like Tire checkmarks and you know they told me they couldn't help me so I'd positively do not recommend this place go anywhere else but this shit hole read more

Never coming here again, I tell the man who works their over night that the dryer need to be cleaned because my cloths were still semi wet/wrinkly after 40 minutes of drying on hot. This man responded with an attitude and tells me I "know I know" getting louder as I tell him he shouldn't get mad that I'm telling him what needs to be done for his job, I'm simply guiding him. Then proceeded to dick off somewhere and not clean the dryers, Place is a joke and even the floors were disgusting so I'm kinda confused what this guy is being paid for? read more

I have been a customer for several years but this business is in rapid decline. The laundromat was usually very clean but it appears that no one is cleaning nor maintaining the machines lately. Check the machines carefully before use as today there was a broken mirror in a washer and a condom in a dryer. One of the washers I eventually used was not working properly as it took over an hour when the timer started at 28 minutes. Attendant claims to not speak English but told me I put the washer on "slow"and could not resolve the issue. I've been doing laundry for over 40 years and would like to know how to put a washer on "slow." Om goodness , laundry Palace doesn't deserve one star not even one. The lady behind the counter is nasty and not nice to the people and says we are when she never helps the people. And the O net instructs her to throw out your clothes if you left a machine behind. (He is Horrible). Also there is Gum and ink in the dryers and they take Noooooo Resposiblity to even clean the machines. Just take your money. I DONT WANT TO PUT ONE STAR BUT ! Yelp makes you put 1. First and foremost if you need help due to one of there machines eating your quarters or if you simply have a question DONT EXPECT AN ANSWER UNLESS YOU SPEAK SPANISH. I am here at least once a week and have never needed assistance until tonight when the washing machine jammed and ate 2 of my quarters therefor I didn't want to put anymore in and risk it eating more so I went up to the counter and told the lady how it ate two of my quarters and she had NO CLUE what I was saying and insisted that I didn't put enough quarters and did not speak a word of English! It's not about the quarters it's about the customer service!!! It's horrible! Get people who speak English here & it will be amazing. read more

I have been coming here for a year. 2 complaints. It is the year 2020, and we are still using quarters to pay for wash & dry. The large machine is $10.00, so I have to pump 40 quarters into the slot. why not a cash machine or CC machine. More importantly, they steal your laundry. I put in a comforter & blanket in the washer. They dont let you stay there while the machine is washing. Because of covid, you have to sit in your car or leave and come back. I come back to put my wet stuff in the dryer, the blanket is missing from the washing machine. You cannot open the machine once you start. So it had to be staff. They have the key to stop the machine. I dont really care about the blanket. it is the idea that the staff is stealing laundry. I will be using a different laundromat! read more

I used laundry palace for years and they have been stealing from me the entire time. I was using their drop off service and my best clothes have gone missing. Towels, Shirts, Socks, undershirts. I would use a a sharpie on my t-shirts and draw on them in an effort to make them less appealing . Dozens of towels were stolen. They're clever thieves. They only take a few items at a time so i didn't notice for weeks or months later. By then it's too late to do anything about. I went to the owner and she told me there's nothing she can do to stop it. When i weighed my bag after they were cleaned , it was a couple of pounds light and their excuse was because the dirty clothes are heavier than lighter clothes. She gave me a free wash. Big deal. They stole hundreds from me. read more

This place is roomy and usually has a working bathroom. They haven't put the heat on although it's around 40 degrees outside. I still have my coat on. They finally fixed the sunken holes in the driveway! It is expensive to wash here & they have different charges for different wash preferences. Lightly soiled wash costs less than normal wash, so you'll have to add more quarters. Most people come because they have around 4 small benches and it's room read more

1/10. only giving one star because of the man that works overnight. other than that, this place is always FILTHY! the giant washers never work and when you complain to the staff that your clothes aren't washing properly , they call the manager and nothing ever gets resolved. there also never seems to be a manager on site. read more
