You don't need to be a genius to know how laundromats work now. It's a business. There are no quarter machines anymore, kiosks are available to us now that accept dollar bills in exchange for a $1.00 Laundry debit card to use on each washing machine. Dryers are FREE here and I appreciate that they have committed to this as a part of the service. A laundry attendant will start the dryer for you once you are ready to dry. Since moving to the area from a private home equipped with a washer and dryer, I had to do careful research on where to launder my clothes. I'm extremely picky about how laundry is done. I do not trust dry cleaning services. I've tried it once in life and the results were a joke. They offer laundry delivery service here with their cute vans. This place is modern and clean. A tip that's helpful: For the best wash, do not over stuff the machines. Your clothes will appear as though they've never been washed. Be smart. Don't be cheap. When I first used their services, I loved it. The app was efficient and my laundry was done perfectly. However, I used their services several weeks ago and I am missing 6 pairs of my pj's. 2 pairs are beautiful satin pj's which were very expensive and the other 4 pj's although not satin are of excellent quality and were pricey as well. I have called several times and every time I called, I've reached someone who doesn't speak ANY ENGLISH and is beyond unable to communicate with English speaking costumers. Also, I was unable to use the app and unable to use their website (no fault of my own. They are having problems with both) so as a result I had to verbally give out my credit card information! Never will I do this again because ever since this situation, I've been dealing with fraudulent charges and my card had to be blocked by my banking institution!!!!!! In the future I will stop being lazy and just use my own washer and dryer! Avoid this place at all cost!!!! read more

I really like this place. It's always clean. The tables and the baskets you use for your laundry are spotless. I have not went to another laundromat ever since I came here about a month ago. They have free wifi here and televisions while you wait. The staff is always friendly. The washers are a little more expensive than the usual but it is offset by the free dryers. They have various sizes of washing machines and dryers. There is a vending machine available with cleaning products for clothes that is very affordable. There I plenty of parking and the place seems to be tucked away which doesn't make it over crowded. I will e coming here for now on. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Jessica was on FaceTime the entire time she was with us, told her we needed a suit pressed by Friday she said okay. We came in Friday, suit wasn't ready and starts fighting with us telling us "it is not her problem" and that the suit is just "gone with another company." Asked for a managers number and was told she "didn't have it". She should be fired. Update: got the suit back, and THEY LOST PART OF THE SUIT!!!!!!!! The pants are gone! read more

New and nice laundry machines, but be very careful they don't tell you there is a non refundable $1.00 fee for the card that you need to buy in order to use the machines, and they won't also return any money left on the card. As you could see the pictures bellow there is no sign any where advising people that the money left on the card is non refundable and that the card's machine won't give you change back. Look at the picture not even the card has any information on regards to no receiving a refund and fees. This is very misleading, and it's not right. There should be signs! Also, it is nice to have unlimited dryers, but you have to ask the person that is attending the business, I feel that you are bothering him/her when you ask them to start the dryer machines for you. I used this laundry mat service for drop off and pick up for a few months. The first issue started with they offer pick up, but they won't pick up at your door, they will meet you at the front of the building. Second issue all my white laundry came back blue, only to be told by the manager that they had a problem with the downy, but never contacted me to tell me, they just sent it to me that way. Third issue is I have a new born who wets our bed so I soak and rinse everything and send them in a separate bag, asking to weigh it after the wash, which they were doing for months, instead on three occasions now I'm billed over $100 for wet clothes. They are very dishonest in their business operations and I would never recommend them. DO NOT USE their pick up service! This is Only my experience, but your decision! I had to lower my review by one star I do however love this laundromat and I like their pick up and delivery from them my problem is the software they are using for pick up and delivery is not fixed as far as charges are concerned and never get same day delivery and get charged expedited fees for each day of the week and has not been corrected . Dishonest. I needed a laundromat and a search turned up several options in my area. Woodfield offered a $10.00 laundry card for first time customers. So I filled in the information. The next morning I arrived and was told that the offer was no longer valid. Not only that, they wanted $2.00 to purchase a laundry card. I left. I hate dishonest people. read more

I've used Woodfield in the past and have been satisfied,but not thrilled with, the results. I've also received items that did not belong to me on multiple occasions and I've had to contact Woodfield to let them know and have them pick these items up. This past order was the last straw. I had three items dry cleaned, yet none of these items actually made it back with the rest of my clothing. This is over $500 worth of lost clothing. The receipt also lists the clothing items I wanted to dry clean, so it is clear it's not an error on my part. Noticing the error, I tried to contact Woodfield via two emails and a phone call and message. It has now been a day and a half and I have not heard back from them. This is beyond unacceptable and I will be reporting this incident and requesting either my items or money back. read more

This is the nicest, cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. I am in a different area everyday for work, so I've used a good amount of them, and this one wins. Good thing it's near my office, so I'm in the area often. Most recently I was here on a holiday Monday. It did get a little busy after 12 noon, but it was fine. The attendants have always been really nice, and it's not that big of a deal to get them to start a (FREE!) dryer for you. (I get why they do that, it prevents people from using them longer than they need to, or abusing the system.) Only improvement would be to have a few more chairs for people to sit in, or maybe a bench outside in nice weather, but I usually sit in my car and watch something on my phone while I wait for my machines to finish. Prices are, in my experience, on par with other laundromats. They do offer an "early bird" discount of 10% 6am-8am on weekdays. read more

i can't believe im writing a review about a laundromat/pickup service, but here i am i can't belive i can say that this is the best service i've used, but i am! i sent in my comforter (i had used another service last time, and it came back stiff and unpleasant) i contacted woodfield, and they were responsive every time my pick up was ON time, my deliver back was On time the delivery guys are SO pleasant and then i gave them a Persian/Turkish rug; this place could have just gone ahead and cleaned it, to make money - but instead, i was contacted and told that they prefer to send it back to me- because they were not certain of results hey- this is intergrity- as well as professionalism from top to bottom and again, i have to say- my comforter came out soft and cozy they have a customer for life now- just fantastic thanks! read more

There are many laudromats in the area, but this is fairly clean and the staff is friendly. The only issue I have is that broken machines are not always properly labeled, despite the staff knowing the issue ahead of time. Although one can understand that equipment breaks from time to time, it is a waste customers' and staff's time by not marking the ones out of order. Overall, not a bad place to use. read more

Great addition to the neighborhood. Went there recently and washed some clothes. The place is very clean, modern and the attendants are friendly. My only suggestions though is that there should be more seating (at least one chair per table). Also, the dryers are free, which is a bonus, however you have to get an attendant to run them for you, which can get annoying especially when the attendant is busy assisting another customer. They should just be preset to run by themselves. Other than that, good job so far. Update: I had to update my review because as Winter is nearing, i've noticed that they have no heat in the laundromat and possibly no air-conditioning for the Summer. I've washed there a bunch of times already and as the days get colder its not going to be very comfortable to wash there, unless, you like to wear your coat while doing laundry. I hope they fix this because even the attendants are not comfortable. For that reason, i had to take away some stars. read more

Ok so I wrote a bad review previously due to an error one of the attendants made that damaged my undergarments. The owner did come around and decided that they would replace the undergarments and gave me a free drop off. I've been with them from the time they opened and have decided to still use them. I've been using their delivery service for almost 2 years. They were excellent in the beginning. Recently their service has declined tremendously. I'm not sure what is going on and why their service has suddenly changed. Here are the incidents that have happened recently: 1. The pickup window was between 5-8pm. In most cases that means the earliest they will come is 5pm and the latest will be 8pm right? Wrong. The driver did not come until almost 8:30pm. I had work at 8:15 and had to call my supervisor to let them know that I was going to be late. The next day they came, they did not give me all of the clothes I gave them to wash. They also lost my laundry bag. I had to call them numerous times and each time, they would never answer. The issue was finally resolved by the end of the following week. No one should have to go through this, especially if they have a laundry plan. 2. They usually send you a reminder text and email an hour before they arrive. I did not receive one so I waited a while until I finally decided to do my own laundry. The driver called and asked if I needed anything picked up but he was too late. 3. It was a Friday (this is important). I did not get a reminder text/email yet again so I called them to confirm the pick up time. That went smoothly. I was expecting them to come the next day. Again, no reminder text/email. So I called them again. The man on the phone told me that they stopped delivering on weekends. I was not informed prior about the change because my laundry plan was pickups on Fridays and drop offs on Saturdays. Most of my clothes were gone for 2 full days. They dropped off my clothes and yet again, they forgot some articles of clothing. Overall, I would not recommend their delivery service. It might be ok to use once in a while, but do not set up a plan with them. I'm very disappointed in the recent changes. read more

I've only been to this laundromat once but I do plan on returning. I got there early, around 8am (not early enough because I was trying to catch the 6a-8a early bird special & just missed it by the time I was ready to start the machines). But the place was mostly empty and clean. They have a few perks and a few downfalls. Perks: FREE DRYERS when you wash there, and the aforementioned early bird special (I believe it's 10% off. The machines are automatically set to calculate it then go back to regular price after 8am) Downfalls: You must use their card system in order to use the machines and in order to get a card you must pay a non-refundable $1.00 deposit. I know many other laundromats that give you your first card free or refund the deposit when you return the card. Also, there aren't many options for seating. While doing laundry there is usually some waiting involved. So having a comfortable place to wait would be ideal. There are chairs but for starters they are not comfortable at all. I am young so not difficult for me but I do not imagine my mom would have been able to get up and down from them easily or been very comfortable while sitting in them. Also, there are not many chairs. It was pretty empty when I went so again not a problem but I imagine later in the day or on the weekends it may get a little more crowded. Anyways, these were just some of my observations. Overall I would return because it is more convenient than where I was going and A LOT cleaner and more organized than some others I have been to.. read more

DO NOT GET ANYTHING DRY CLEANED HERE: they will not get it back to you on time and even will forget part of the suit! I spoke with Jessica at the front desk on 5/10 and told her I needed the suit dry cleaned by 5/11 otherwise I'd go elsewhere. She told me okay. And when coming in the next day she told me the suit is gone and it's not my problem. After saying what!? Many times as her English is pretty bad it's hard to understand her she explained the suit is sent to a dry cleaners and they don't know where or when it will be back. After storming out very mad I come in to pick up the suit 5/12 I am just happy to get my suit back. Well it doesn't stop there. I check my dry cleaning on 5/18 for graduation to see how it came out and the suit pants are missing! I go in and talk with Rondolfo who is awesome and a great guy unlike Jessica who caused most of the problems, and he said he'd go to the dry cleaners and call me as soon as possible to locate the suit pants. Right now I am still waiting to here back and will update to 2 or even 3 stars if I can finally get my suit back. Only because Rondolfo was competent and warm helping me.
