I really love this wash location because it was refurbished a few months ago and relaxing to sit inside. The staff is really friendly and most have been here for a while since I started coming here. Tons of TVs, LIVE plants, and a fish tank to look at while you wait. Parking can be painful when it gets close to the weekend but the staff and building make this place worth the drive compared to places closer to me. Betty couldn't be nicer. She went above and beyond to pick up my clothes at my doorstep to taking my special order not to dry my rayon shirts. My shirts were nicely wrapped in paper and hangers and in plastic. Even the hangers were all pointed the same way when she returned my laundry to my door with a friendly smile. There aren't enough nice things I can say about It's Wash Day. First and foremost the owner, Chris, is very attentive and helpful. You can see that this isn't just a business to him but that he truly cares about his customers. Then, Ms Betty... she's a Saint. We suffered a loss and she was aware. Formerly known as Park Street Laundry, the business recently came under new ownership and has been renamed True Clean. I've been a loyal customer of this particular laundromat for a few years now, and I've never had an unsatisfactory experience here. I've had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners and a few of the staff members, and everyone has gone out of their way to make sure every visit goes without a hitch. There is also a wash and fold service available, for those that don't have the time, energy, or patience to tackle the daunting task on their own. There are various sizes of washing machines, from single load to the gigantic 6 load machines, which are my personal favorite. Everything is new and upgraded, and a state-of-the-art extra large dryer has also been added for convenience. Speaking of convenience, there is complimentary WIFI and a table you can sit at with multiple outlets nearby and a charging station for your phone or laptop. Additionally, this is a dog friendly business, so you are welcome to bring your four legged companion with you, as I have on many occasions. A dog water bowl is also available and located to the left of the change machines. Since it's cleaned periodically throughout the day, everything stays well-kept and tidy. I like that it's open 24 hours, because it accommodates my hectic schedule and I can come here at my leisure. The surrounding area is also a contributing factor, because there are many restaurants nearby to grab a bite to eat, being that it's in Riverside. Laundromats are a dime a dozen nowadays, and there are several that are closer to my house, but I choose to drive a little farther and come here, based on the amenities and my consistent positive experiences. Unfortunately, my washer broke maintenance is taking forever. I found this little gem on Yelp. It's been years since I've used a laundry mat and was nervous about the experience, especially during COVID. Chris, one of the owners, welcomed me with a big smile and introduced Ms Julie the was/fold lady. He explained how their services worked and showed me around. Ms Julie was very nice when answering my questions. The place is pretty clean. It's a bit small but big enough for the area. Most of the machines work and the one that don't have signs in them. They even have an app so you don't need quarters anymore. My only complaint was there was no soap in the bathroom, but I didn't ask about it. I absolutely love this place! There are 3 laundromats closer to my home down in Murray Hill but I always choose to come here! They're open 24 hrs, its ALWAYS clean, they offer great promotions and offers, the main reason I come is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Chris (the manager ) is the epitome of above and beyond! He literally saved my phone that I had dropped in between two washers!! He was down on his hands and knees with a hanger, duct tape and an electric screw driver, literally on a MACGYVER MISSION! Excellent from start to finish! My husband and I enjoy wash and fold service when we are on vacation. This is how we get away with carry on baggage only. Hayley and Nancy are amazing!!! Special shout out to Hayley for keeping us posted and delivering to our hotel room. My husband's shirts and my dresses were delivered on hangers so wrinkle free and no folded creases. First timer. I went there Sunday at 6 AM to do my comforters i I pulled out of storage. The place is clean, well lit, doesn't stink and there were people there. I felt completely safe as a single woman. I easily uploaded the app and used that for the large washing machines. Very convenient!! I didn't want to carry around a bunch of coins but... Unfortunately...there's only one dryer that allows the app to be use all others take cash!! I didn't have cash. That's why I used the app. Their system is lopsided! Beware only the washing machines use the app but the dryers you can't, you'll need quarters . I wish I had been forewarned. read more

Machines were clean and worked very well. Went to wash and dry multiple loads of laundry, and the app payment mode for the machines was easy to use. Folding tables were clean and readily available. TV and bathroom were both in great condition while you wait. Would recommend if you want a simple, old school laundromat. They do offer pickup service, which I may use in the future. read more

I will give credit that it is decently clean but I've been here twice and both were a fail. First time loads had a left over sticky gunk from the tide pods that clumped together my shirt/a comforter and stained them. Second time I used liquid detergent to see if the pods were the issue. When I took my stuff out of the wash they were half wet/dry and half of the stuff was clean other still dirty and stained. Won't be returning. Also washers will eat your coins! read more

I am extremely impressed with and thankful to be using It's Wash Day. The app is easy and user friendly, it has a rewards system for being referred and making referrals that I've already gotten 20 dollars worth of credits! I use them for pick up and delivery washing, folding and hanging. They send texts when they are in route to pick up/deliver, at my first delivery they brought everything back in these awesome bags with fun promotional items like a lint brush etc. Everything is returned sealed in plastic wrap, folded nicely with great attention to detail. The owner himself picked up my most recent order and was sure to ask for any feedback that would help make his business be even more successful. If this pandemic has taught me anything, it's that it's okay to ask for help and to accept help. This service is such a weight lifted for our family, it is a huge stress relief to have all my laundry, easily 6 loads and and days of work at home, to be back in 24 hours, ready to be put away. I only go from 12am-4am, to my knowledge they don't have the graveyard position filled yet at this point in time but the building is still clean and stocked with everything you need. My favorite thing is the PayRange option, especially since I go late I don't have to make sure I stop and get quarters before everything closes. My only issue is the seats are uncomfortable but I can look past that, sometimes I just go sit in my car and come back when the time is up. read more

Came here to get some of my laundry done. This by far is my go to laundry mat, its very affordable, and well kept! If you're like me, and dont really carry change, they have a cash dispenser to swap for quarters, as well as being able to cash app them in exchange for quarters. They staff is all VERY friendly and helpful!!!! Cant get over the cleanliness, snacks/ drinks, FREE WIFI, and charging station.
