I'm happy to update my review because this company made things right. They took my concerns seriously, cleaned my shirts properly, and stood behind their work. From the friendly customer service to the way they handled the situation, they showed they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business responds, and they exceeded my expectations. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to make sure I left satisfied. The waters and dryers were expensive, $11 a load for a larger machine, not the ten load machine. Dryers were 25 cents for four mins and the soap was$13 for a five dollar bottle of Gain. It was a clean facility. They do not allow you to wait peacefully for your ride to come and get you and your clothes. They push you out the foor whenyourdone. They offer fluff and but only take the jobs they want. Otherwise you have to do it yourself. My overall experience at this business was fantastic the first several times I used their services last year, this year my experience has been below expectations and personally uncomfortable. I won't go back. Seriously lacking professionalism and friendly help. I don't frequent businesses where I don't feel safe. This review is the second one I have written.
