When I picked up my preserved wedding dress, there was a note on the paperwork that said "missing bling." I asked the employee what that meant, and no one could tell me. I also asked if we could open the box to inspect everything, and I was told they didn't know whether the taped outer box was the preservation box or what the preservation packaging even looked like. That wasn't reassuring when they were handing over an expensive, sentimental item. At the time, I had a newborn who was seriously ill and in and out of the hospital, so I didn't open the package until months later. When I finally did, I found the actual preservation box inside the outer box, and my wedding shoes (over $300) and necklace (over $100) were missing. I reached out to the new owners simply to ask if those items had ever been found during the transition. I wasn't asking them to replace them. I just wanted someone to check or respond. I never received any reply. Even if the missing items originated under the previous ownership, the complete lack of communication from the new company was disappointing. A simple response or effort to look into it would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left with no answers and no belongings. That's not the level of customer service I'd expect from a business taking over responsibility for customers' items.

The folks we sealed with at Dew Drop took all of our laundry at 3pm on a Friday and had everything ready and folded by 7:45am the next morning. Laundry was clean and pristine. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
