The recliner is several years old and was in the tv room, it had never been cleaned, and was very dirty. After a thorough inpection he told me it was microfiber and would clean up fair because of all the food and beverage spots. When he was done with it I thought it looked good. I also thought his price was fair considering how much time he spent at my house compared to what I've payed before. I was a very pleased customer.
