It was very helpful. I've never done color therapy before, didn't know what it was, or what to expect even. And I grabbed fives and it told her a lot of the things I was dealing and feeling with. And I was dealing with deep anxieties that I didn't tell anyone about. That whole past week.. I couldn't sleep or if I did: it was never well and I would just get nightmares. And everything wasn't 'new' that we talked about and something I didn't even realize. And Hemla gave me a deeper insight about things. And in the end gave me a new piece of solution that I could never have come up on my own and it definitely will be a game changer in my life. She has skill and a lot to offer with her services.
