I recently went to Salon Matteo for a single process color. After a few minutes, I let my stylist know that my scalp was burning. After some convincing and accusations that I probably have eczema or something else wrong with my scalp, she finally washed it out. Now I'm left with hair that was processed for a few minutes and it looks horrible. . My hair is completely the wrong color. The grays that are supposed to be medium brown are bright yellow. What's worse is that no one called to ask how I was and when I called the manufacturer of the color they use, the manufacturer was unhappy that the salon hadn't called in an incident report. It's fine that I had a reaction to the color; it happens. What I don't like is that no one really cared that my scalp was burning and no one called to check up on me afterwards.
