Very rude, unprofessional people here canceled my multiple policy's with this agents office to another agent! I was over charged a few times, and was told I couldn't make multiple month payments! I'm not going to help support a possible business owner/agent and they know why I left they never called and asked me any questions as to why I switched agents as I've been with this location since 2017!!!!

I went in to get some information about a Life Insurance Policy that my husband and I…read morecurrently have with her office, and she sat at her desk (while I was at her secretary's desk) and yelled from one side of the room toward us, while she was talking on her cell phone, and she didn't even know what we had been talking about. She was terribly rude and NOT knowledgeable at all. When I asked about a form that we had signed back in 2006.. instead of looking at it... she just said "I DON'T KNOW!!!" (from her desk) instead of looking at it. She said she had never dealt with clients leaving her before so she couldn't help, but I know I have moved 4 accounts from her office, my parents have left there, and so have my sisters!!! I suggest you do to!!!
