I would hand bret my payments in cash and in return he constantly liked to set my money on the table instead of handing me my change even when he notices my hand is extended out to receive the money! Very rude, unprofessional people here canceled my multiple policy's with this agents office to another agent! I was over charged a few times, and was told I couldn't make multiple month payments! I'm not going to help support a possible business owner/agent and they know why I left they never called and asked me any questions as to why I switched agents as I've been with this location since 2017!!!!
