It is impossible to get directly through to them. You get routed to Central location and then you get routed back to them and every time you get the answering machine. I hate to drive to the business to find out their hours, but when following the instructions to find out their hours, it hangs up. Furthermore, you go in when you think their hours are, and they have changed them and it is a waste of my time money gas, energy and is very frustrating. This is not about the people. This is about the process. The people are great when you can see them. It's the process of this organization, which is a large organization that is horrible and they should have a way to not have to be routed to Central location and then back to the number we originally called again. IT in this day and age is much better than that. Maybe they need to look at their IT department or hire one. It's going to be much easier to just find other place for my eye needs. Amazing! The staff is very courteous and friendly...they explain things so well and were very accommodating.

Do NOT go to this place. Absolutely horrible! I made an appointment, waited a month to be seen and then was told I didn't have an appointment. Now, I ordered and paid for a pair of glasses for my son back on 6/24/2021. They said it would be two weeks. Called to check on the status. They didn't order them until 7/12/2021... Awful experience. The doctor decided to give me my prior prescription from last year that was done by a different doctor even though I explained I felt my eyes has changed. When my contacts came in they were the wrong contacts. Never will go back. Staff was rude and not helpful. read more
