Do not let the Liquor before the Deli fool you. Fresh Hot and Cold subs and you can get whatever beverage your heart desires to wash it down. Now there has only been one other liquor store in my opinion that I trusted to get food from, this place is officially number two. I had the Tuna sub, they do not sham on the meat. I had hot peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, spicy mustard, and a little mayo. The bread was soft which made this sammich lol even better. The men in the store were awesome and showed exceptional customer service. Oh I'm coming back and I'm coming back with vengeance lol. FYI- BREAKFAST IS SERVED ALL DAY, YITEEEDEEE

Please do not be fooled. There is no deli here! I just came from there trying to get a good sandwich.

The markup here is super high. Wine like, Banished, Apothec, ... sell for $4 to $5 less at nearby stores.

Thankfully, they have an easy online waitlist system. We'll usually add our name to the list and run errands or stop somewhere nearby until it's almost our turn. They do a great job with the timing, so we rarely have to wait long. If we're not in the mood to wait, we'll place a to-go order instead. It felt a little loud, and also off when there was a whole portion of the restaurant that was empty where they weren't doing trivia! We asked to move and were reseated promptly. I ordered the mussels in a garlic-wine sauce. I knew this could be risky because I wasn't sure that's what they were known for, but took the chance anyway, They came out quickly. The server also brought another bowl for the shells with a small fork and spoon. I tried one that had a broken shell and it tasted...off. Like the mussels weren't fresh off. I tried a bite of bread in the sauce and the sauce tasted like nothing. It was very bad. I flagged over the server, explained what was wrong. She promptly took it away and took it off the bill. She asked what I wanted instead, so I went basic and got the 198 burger. It came out a couple minutes later. The burger itself was really tasty, well cooked and well seasoned. It could have used some additional sauce that wasn't mayo but that's personal preference. It came with fries. They were blah, very soggy and greasy, so they were basically untouched. My advice - go simple, and it'll be fine. I'd go back again for another burger, wings, etc but wouldn't go out on a limb again with something more adventurous.

However, I would say that the music plays from a little Bluetooth on the corner of the restaurant and it's not the greatest quality, would cut in and out, and it was just blaring way too loud, making it hard to have regular conversations. Service wasn't too bad overall. There was only one weight staff who had all the tables in the restaurant which made her spread out pretty thin. But we wouldn't get regular refills or Water and took so long to get water (waiting up to 20 min to try to get her attention) and at the end of our time together she finally gave us a pitcher of Water, but a little late as we're most done. Also, it took a while to get basic things we had ordered coffee but either she forgot to bring us coffee or she didn't ring it in and we weren't able to get it until after our food was delivered. So service, while she was friendly and kind, our service was definitely subpar. Hopefully this wasn't bc she had automatic tip bc our party was so large for her lack of service. 1/5 for service The food was amazing for the most part. I had gotten the salmon BLT and it was moist and tender with good flavor and seasoning, and the bread had a great texture and flavor to it as well. The bacon was nice and smoky and the sauce that was paired with it made it great. The hashbrowns were so crispy and seasoned with great flavor and salt! This was a winner! 4.5/5 Yeah, I got a bunch of other dishes, but I only tried small bites here and there of other people stuff. What I would say, is that the Cajun pasta shrimp was cooked perfectly and was tender and had great flavor! And that sauce was amazing! The sausage I tried wasn't the best but decent! We got biscuits and wings as appetizers, and the wings were great, good flavor, good crunch, and a decent size. However, there needs to be more wings in the order for the price. The hot honey sauce as good! 4/5 The biscuits were pretty moist and had a great texture and consistency, You get two for the order! 4/5 Overall, the food is pretty amazing. However, the service was pretty bad. Maybe this was a one off but just prepared for a long waits for everything from water to getting a drink order.

I like it, I will finish it with my coffee, after my lunch.Maybe they have to add a few thing which made my dairy products... A bit light things:) I only didn't like the coffee. It was bitter and like old taste... Ambience was good.especially when they made the temperature I like the place. It wasn't cold at all. Normally in America they put the AC on. Never check the people if they are cold or not! The temperature was ideal... I think I have to visit the place more often

I loved every bite. I just wish I would have known to get it toasted. The regular white bread isn't doing it for me but that's minor. Tuna 8/10 The tuna was prepared really well, the crunch from the bread and the softness from the tuna was a great combo. The only thing I would change is some more seasoning on the tuna would push it over the time for me.

Today, I gave them another shot because Uber Eats was offering a buy one, get one free deal on the jerk chicken meal. I chose rice & peas with plantain for my sides. The chicken was cooked on the grill--which I love--because it really brings out the flavor in jerk chicken. I also requested my jerk sauce on the side since I prefer a dry rub style over a saucy one. The only drawback was the small bone pieces in the chicken and rice. That's something to be cautious about, especially if a child is eating the meal. The plantains were also inconsistent--some pieces were hard, while others were mushy. On the bright side, the coco bread was perfect and the Jamaican rum cake was phenomenal. Whoever baked that cake clearly took their time soaking it in rum. It reminded me of the way my grandmother used to make it--absolutely delicious. I would definitely order the rum cake again.

Usually with brunch we would do the bottomless mimosas and all but because I was driving I decided not to participate in that. And usually I would get chicken and waffles but I was in the mood for a burger. So I thought because their name is "Mad Cow" the burger would be the bomb...but nope it was not good at all. So I prefer a beef burger cooked medium with blue cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onions. When I burger got tot the table it was dry as a board. No blue cheese that I paid extra for and the burger was not cooked correctly it was cooked well done. Smdh. So the waiter brought me my blue cheese apologized about it and also gave me a mayo bottle. Even with the burger still was not good and the patty was so thick with no flavor not even salt and pepper was in it!! I tried their punch drink which was really good but for $15 a pop in a regular water glass was ridiculous. Make sure you don't get too tipsy as they already have like a 20% gratuity added on each of our checks no matter how small or big your group is which again is ridiculous! Will I come back...maybe only because I would like to try some Jamaican food they offer. But for brunch...it's a no for me!
