I will say that this place was not what I was expecting--the biggest part of the store is hunting gear--rifles, clothing, and related items. They have a section of country home goods and decor, a small kids section, and some snacks and jewelry. I took two bikes in for service, the one I purchased from them and another I already had. I gave them a month to fix it and get parts....it took two months to even get an answer from them. I would call every two weeks to try to get an update. They would blame everything on covid and how slow it is to get parts. Everyone's excuse! Finally got the owner and he said they had spare parts at the Bedford store...after two months!! The other bike needed a new chain,they replaced it and never even bothered to adjust the gears and derailleur. So when I rode it for the first time it was constantly clicking and shifting wrong. I won't return or purchase anything off of fat Jimmy's again...
