Strange service manager misleading and grumpy when you inquire- I have gone here three times and won't return. I like the facilities, and brand but I'd skip service here. Hours of wait for an oil change?? - I had to return for other services not performed correctly. Service mgr. is disorganized and is easily agitated when you ask him questions. Maybe find a job you like- Overcharged me, bait and switch tactics I witnessed in the waiting room regarding inspections. They also let sales people go through your info and sending mail to your home inquiring about your older toyota. Weird- get a life. At no time should sales be perusing your personal info. Desperate for a sale? - this level of creepiness won't earn business. Service is disorganized to say the least. Parts isn't much better, I found my own part bc their wait time was years. Odd and rude service advisors are harvested from poor retail experience. Shame, this is a good brand they are giving a black eye. Forget this place. read more

It's challenging to find a car these days! I was looking for a very specific vehicle and I wasn't able to find one anywhere. Even though Laurel Toyota didn't have one in stock, the sales rep I spoke with, Joe Dodson, was kind enough to point me in the direction of a dealership that had one and gave me some car buying tips. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a vehicle in May 2021 and the sales rep lied about it having new tires. I am a single working mother and not a tire expert, so trusted the dealership when they advertised the vehicle with new tires. Management did nothing to remedy the situation. I sold the vehicle in 2022 after getting a LONG list of repairs needed including all new tires. MONTHS later I am still waiting for a refund on the prepaid warranty plan that the dealership is supposed to credit back. I have left multiple messages for the financing department and they won't return phone calls or emails. I have reported this dealership to Toyota Brand Management because they do not represent the level of quality behind the Toyota name. WORST company ever. read more

I live an hour away from their dealership. I saw a truck online I liked. I have been shopping around and have received offers on my truck around $14.5k. I inquired about a truck they had and sent them pics and info about my truck. They offered me $11k! Trade value is between $14-$15k. Then they said they could offer me a little more if I brought it in. There's no way I'm driving and hour away for them to offer me something ridiculous. I'm sure they'll sell that truck to some sucker but it's not gonna be me. 2/5 would not recommend. read more

My car broke down on the PA turnpike. I got an emergency tow to this location. I dropped it off late on a Monday evening. They were closing soon so understandable that the repairs would wait until the following day. Staff was very friendly and reliable. Jamie, my service advisor did a wonderful job keeping me informed. Jenny was a spectacular lady!! Courtesy shuttle driver had gone home for evening. She still went out of her way and gave us a ride to our hotel. She was very friendly and tried to engage with us and make us through a very stressful situation. Well, they ultimately fixed the vehicle. Turned out to be a dead battery, but they did thorough testing to ensure there was nothing us that caused my car to break down. If I lived in the area, I would surely return. Thanks again for trying to alleviate a very stressful decision and your super dedication to service!!! read more

When my car passenger side mirror broke (only the mirror was cracked and needed replaced), I went to Laurel for an estimate to repair. I was told the cost would be $400.00. I knew the reputation of the dealer and its practice of overcharging, but went there because I thought they may need to do the repair since the mirror is specific to the RAV4. I went searching for another garage to give me an estimate. Their cost was $110.00 with labor included. The workers at the garage had no idea how Laurel arrived at a $400.00 cost. Complete ripoff. I will not be dealing with this dealership unless I absolutely have too, and will advise friends the same. read more

This is the place you want to come if you need to hang out while having your vehicle serviced! Facilities are super clean, they have decent fresh brewed coffee (and usually snacks). Best of all, if you need to work while you wait, there's very good wi-fi and tables set up away from the TV where you can actually get things done! And, of course, there is the high level of service you would expect from any Toyota dealer. Highly recommended! read more

I found a vehicle I was wanting on car gurus and they contacted the dealership and a salesman named Scott called me told me to take pictures of my car, inside and out, the Vin number, tire tread, and any damage of the car I was wanting to trade. I was completely honest and showed him where there was a scuff on the splitter from scraping steep driveways which in my state is pretty common if you have a low car. And pictures of 3 little dents on the fuel door and one little one on the rear fender that you can't see that well in pictures. I was offered 25,000 dollars at another dealership which is 7,000 dollars difference of what I still owed on the car. Scott texts back and offers only 21,000 which is only 3,000 dollars difference saying "it was hit on car fax". Yes I was rubbed up against by a truck but all it did was a few little dents, no scratches, no broken parts and it didn't need to be repainted. I wish I could show my pictures on here so everybody can see. Scott must have thought there was major damage like it had been totaled or something. He said it also needs new tires which are only 600 or 700 dollars yet he knocked 4 grand off the value for that. I still tried to give the guy a chance by negotiating with him but he wouldn't give me more on my car and he wouldn't come down on his price saying "we don't sale cars under msrp" which I know is a made up figure verses what they actually paid for the vehicle. I showed him that another dealership in Maryland was selling the same vehicle, same trim level for 3 grand less and he still wouldn't come down. I don't know how the rest of the dealership is but you definitely don't want to deal with Scott. I wished I could have given him at least a 2 star review for being halfway decent but not after I felt insulted with a lowball offer and no attempt to negotiate. For sure I won't be buying from him, neither will my friends and family. I just hope nobody else gets suckered, we can vote with our money buy not buying from a particular place and going somewhere else. read more

Not impressed with the recent work done on my BMW 428i. Rear bumper was repainted due to a minor rear end tap from another driver. The car was "washed" after completion, and I say "washed" because they must use the dirtiest and cheapest microfiber I've ever encountered. Grotesque swirl marks ALL OVER my previously well maintained finish. (I take 6 hours to carefully wash, wax, and polish my car by hand using only premium materials and I discard the towels after each use--a towel never touches my paint twice). Upon informing the assistant manager of this he replied that it was most likely from years of washing. WRONG ANSWER BUDDY! how about offering to take a look before accusing a customer? He did ask to see it only after insinuating there is nothing that can be done and it's not their fault. Also, if someone doesn't meticulously maintain their car, do you really think they would even notice the swirl marks? To top it off, it's the bumper that they just painted that looks the worst. They must have washed it for years before installing it on my car. Complete joke of a shop, and my confidence in the group as a whole has been severely diminished as a result of this. We'll see how they make it right, they still have an opportunity to redeem themselves. Please note, my experience at the body shop in no way reflects the stellar service I have received at laurel BMW. The service manager from the BMW dealer should go train their body shop for a few weeks. read more

Bought a certified used 4Runner here a year ago, and could not be more pleased with this dealership. Even as an out of town buyer, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. They even took care of some unexpected service bills for "wear and tear" issues uncovered at another dealership that were not supposed to be covered by the warranty.
