This is the only reason they get 1 star, I've never had any problem with the staff there, they have always treated me well. Not long after my oil change, my motor dies. Turns out, all the oil had leaked out due to a loose oil filter and left my car running on fumes. I had no idea it was happening until the engine light turned on and it was already too late. Ended up costing more than the car was worth to repair and Jiffy Lube refused to help cover costs. They fed me lies and false claims and did a half-assed "inspection" of the dead vehicle, claimed it looked like it had been tampered with. Which I found interesting considering they were the last people to even be under the hood of my car. Long story short, they denied any help or any blame, and now I'm stuck having to find a new vehicle because of their poor service. I used to recommend this place to anyone, but now I will never be going back again and telling anybody else NOT to utilize their services.

It seems like they rushed through getting our truck done but clearly broke tabs on this cover for the rear door panel. I just fixed it with 2 sided tape. The rear door panel isn't even on the door correctly. Another issue I had was the rear door would lock but would not unlock. The person at Laurel auto body said it's your key fob cover. Hmm the cover was on the key before it went into the shop and it worked!! Someone just did a piss poor job and didn't check it.. I've made 3 calls to Laurel to complain about issues that should have been checked prior tk returning the car. The truck was also filthy in the inside. Got my tires (that I bought here) rotated and balanced in the Fall. Yesterday, my wheel nearly came…read moreoff because the lug nuts on my wheel were loose (to the touch!) on two different tires. I had another shop tighten them and when they removed my wheel, the rim holes were now oblong, and they had to replace the rim, the lug nuts and bolts. When I called Dean Jordan to report this, the manager was rude and would not take responsibility. I intend to visit the business next week with a copy of my bill from the other repair shop. I'm open to recommendations for where to get tires in the future - I'm thinking Roxbury Tires or the Tire Clinic. Steer clear of this Goodyear retailer on Eisenhower Blvd.
