All I do is write down the amount of clamps that I get or the feet and how much it cost per foot. Then another customer came in and wanted a chain cut the lady who was helping me at the desk didn't know how to do it. So she asked me to do it. Then the guy who was sitting outside on a forklift, comes in and yells at me for doing it. if you don't want your customer to use it, put it around back. Also, I understand it has to deal with insurance purposes. I don't stay outside the entire time or train your other employees on how to use it. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I rebuild cars trucks, tractors side-by-side all kinds of stuff. You guys are always the place to go to. But now I will not be doing that. I will go to busy beaver where they don't give a crap if we use a tool.

Husband likes this location as it is more convenient and has plenty of parking The store itself is clean and well organized. The employees have been much friendlier and more helpful than when this store first opened. (Hence, 4 stars). I'm not sure if staffing has changed or they have become more familiar with the store and the items they are selling. I picked up some painting supplies and work gloves at reasonable prices. Again, it's good to see this shopping center has a new business in this old location.
