Horrible horrible place. Won't refer this place to anyone. Horrible customer service. I made an appt to take my car in to get the top of my car wrapped. They called and said the wrap had a tear and they didn't notice till the car was finished. They said they'd call to reschedule when the new film comes in and discount me. A whole week or more later no phone call. I called them two days after incident happened. They said it should be coming in that day.... keep in mind still no phone call. Shitty ass place ! Made an appointment at this place about 3 weeks ago. I bring my car there at 10am on the day of the appointment and the place is not open! I call and get a hold of the person who makes the "schedule" he is just all yeah...we saw your appointment on the calendar but like no one knew about it. And the guy who can do it is at an appointment today. It was strange bc he didn't try to act like he didn't know about it, he just pretty much told me no one like followed up with it. Like ok, if there's an issue why not call!? Are 4 year olds running this place? I mean come on...terrible, terrible customer service, highly unprofessional. No reason to ever attempt to do business with this place again or recommend them to anyone. read more

What can I say about this shop other than its amazing!!! They are kind of the goto people for some awesome work. Their custom wraps are out of this world, truly they have skills. I've gone several times to have custom tshirts made for different occasions. They make my dreams realities. I'm here to share my unpleasant experience with this business. I took my car in for window tinting about 6 months ago. Off the bat we started off on the wrong foot, car wasn't done in time period they stated (Twice). took a little longer than expected but wasn't troubled by that. When I received the car back windows all around contained a lot of small air bubbles. Their warranty stated lifetime warranty, took it back to them and they inspected it and said they would redo all the windows. They redid the windows and ended up turning out the same with a lot of small air bubbles. I once again brought it to their attention, at this point I felt like they no longer wanted to deal with me because They kept giving me he run around, telling me they would call me to come in and get it done, when I would show up in person, they would tell me the tinter wasn't there, told me to come back certain days And when I would show up nothing, excuses were made. Finally I had managed to get a hold of the tinter and explained what was going on, he agreed to do the windows, but to come back another day at a certain time, well the time came and he didn't show up, waited about 1.5 hours, nothing. I just about had enough of them giving me the run around, I didn't want to deal with them anymore. Over all very Displeased with service hey provided. Their Business practices were unethical. No responsibility for their mishandling of the situation.they were disrespectful towards me as a customer, by not treating me as a customer. I am a first time service user and would not recommend it to anyone! read more
