The office facilities were very comfortable and inviting. Dr. Gotvald was very professional and explained things very well. We went ahead and did treatment for spider veins on my cheeks and Nose from sun damage and they are healing but still a bit of a ruddy appearance. He was very rebooting and gentle. When my financial situation improved a couple weeks later, I reached out again and explained the urgency. Another nurse then reviewed my message and told me they no longer wanted to take me on as a patient. This was very distressing, especially as someone reaching out for help after trauma. When I called to clarify, I received scripted, dismissive responses and no willingness to reconsider. I'm posting this so others know how the staff handled my situation.
