I encourage everyone to read my previous reviews for all the details. I gave up my $15k refund in exchange for the right to post this honest review. On the other hand, before my own surgery, I saw all the 5-star reviews and zero 1-star reviews and thought that meant no 1-star reviews existed. I sincerely question that after my own offer of a full refund but only in exchange for my silence. Someone asked recently about the contact he asked me to sign in exchange for a full refund ($15,050) so I attached a photo of it. It reads (in part): "THAT I fully understand that from this day forward I will not speak about this case or Dr. Andrew P. Trussler, M.D. publicly (i.e. media- news, print, or electronic) or privately. Also, there will not further public (e.g. signage or voice amplification) or private demostrations (sic) nor discussing this case with any other persons. If I continue any of the above mentioned I am hereby notified I will incur treble civil penalties." It is very difficult to sue for medical malpractice in the state of Texas, and even then, the damages are capped at an amount that might not even be worth the trouble after the emotional drain and attorney's fees. There is very little accountability required. Be very, very careful about who you choose to literally trust with your life.

You should also view videos of others who had the same procedure(s) and you should have a very clear picture of what you are getting yourself into, including pre-op preparation and post-op recovery. It IS a big deal. I did my research for almost a year. I researched and interviewed a carefully selected set of doctors. So when I had my consultation with Dr. Constantinedes, I knew almost immediately that he was the surgeon for me. I had viewed his gallery, read all his reviews and checked out his (impressive and accomplished) background. So when I finally got to my consultation (August 2025) I was not disappointed. In fact, he exceeded my expectations. I scheduled my consultation with the idea of upper and lower bleph, a brow lift and face and neck lift. However, I was not sure I wanted to do it all at once. In fact, I was pretty sure I didn't want to. His manner is kind, attentive, measured and informative. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. No rush. No dumb questions. No 'selling'. No pressure. After some discussion, he told me he doesn't do the eyes and brow at the same time he does face and neck. He does them in separate surgeries and he explained why. His reasons were completely aligned with my desires based on my research. I was relieved and started getting excited. So after a few days of contemplating, looking at my schedule and lining up the funds, I was ready to move ahead. I scheduled upper and lower bleph + brow lift for the week before Christmas so I could use the holiday time to recover and be off the daily videos calls required in my job. I knew the evening of my surgery that the results were going to be exactly what I hoped. I'm just under two weeks post-op and am healing well, This is certainly due to the careful pre-op instructions and protocols Dr. Constantinedes (strongly) recommends, to minimize bruising and promote healing. I followed (almost) all directions carefully and continue to do so. I am already looking forward to my deep plane face and neck lifts in 2026. So in summary, I would rate my results an A+ and the entire experience (staff interactions, ease, care etc) a 9/10. I still can't figure out why the consultant would offer pricing for a doctor I have no idea whom they are and didn't have an appointment with. The common courtesy would be to tell the patient the mix up. Not tell them pay the additional charge or go away. I chose Dr. Reid after a lot of research on doctors that had experience with the type of skin that has been "almost ruined" (my own words) from being stretched so much from weight and also doctors that managed pain well, because I'm a big baby! Dr. Reid also is incredibly warm and friendly, in addition to being BRILLIANT! When you're looking into plastic surgery of any kind you initially go "good Lord that's expensive", BUT... I will say this, you're going to see those nurses and that surgeon SO MANY times post-op and not be charged any more. They will answer emails and phone calls to calm you down and fit you in same day if you're experiencing any kind of concerns and just want them to take a look. I've never healed as well from anything... not even a paper cut, as well as I have from this surgery. I know Dr. Reid uses a special fancy pants cutting tool that aids in healing better, and wow...I can tell. I also highly recommend you ask for the information of the private nurse that you can hire to take care of you after surgery. If I hadn't done that for the first 24 hrs my family would have been sooo overwhelmed. They can get you her info, I don't want to give it out, as she's a separate business, but this just shows how much they care about the success of their patients...by offering extra support that can help you. Their office also is a big fan of lymphatic massage, which I'm all in for. They have a person on staff that does it and I think she helped my healing a ton as well! I still have a long way to go, as this type of surgery has long term swelling, but I've come so far. I can't say enough wonderful words about this team. Getting old and losing volume sucks and can be expensive.
