We moved out mid November. The check they sent took over a week to clear due to theirs being flagged for fraud (my bank told me when I called). The unit we lived in on Wright St became infested in the plumbing system with roaches and although I mentioned it during our inspection she said I had to make a maintenance request and even then the remedies provided did not work. Hundreds of dollars of our belongings were ruined and she did not care and she wouldn't deduct it from our last months rent either so don't expect her to be understanding. Also, don't bring up any neighbor concerns unless you want an inspection on your unit too, even if it's unrelated and affecting your life negatively, she allows everything to slide. She picks & chooses what to follow on the lease so be aware. Disappointed & Unprofessional. A mess all around
