I contacted Thomas Paulauskas to inquire if he was interested in serving as my Listing Agent for a…read more2.5 acre vacant piece of land in Lancaster, California. He confirmed he was interested, asked for property details and said he would provide a comparable market analysis the following day to determine the value of the property. That was a month ago and although I provided my email address and phone number, I never heard back from him. I completely understand that vacant land sales are not that profitable for realtors; for example, if the property sells for $10,000 and the listing agent it entitled to 3%, that amounts to $300 which is not worth the trouble for most Listing Agents, but to leave a potential customer hanging, is unprofessional and unacceptable. After all, I may have other residential and/or commercial properties to sell in the near future but would not consider doing business with this Agent. Fortunately, I received a referral to another Agent and we worked out a $2,000 flat fee arrangement to handle the sale. Received a full price offer in five days with a 10-day escrow.

The Paulauskas Team have gain my trust and I could not see myself trusting anyone else with my home. The seller almost backed out 2 years ago mid escrow and I'm glad he didn't because I was ready to take them to court. I would have lost so much because I was already too committed to this move and this would have cause so much stress for my family and I if they would have backed out. Would give them a 10 out of 10 stars but only can give them 5 stars max, but with this message I am technically giving them 10 stars!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Vic Arutyunyan. Vic was extremely professional and…read morecourteous. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had no idea of the processes, steps or questions. We reached out to him via a recommendation from a family member. He was efficient and fast. we walked one home that we fell in love with. He assisted every step of the way. He was very thorough and asked some questions about the house to the seller, we would have never thought of. During the whole bidding process he coached us and walked through to give the best offer we could. I'm sure he could tell we were very excited because this felt like our house it had everything we wanted and looked for he understood we were bidding on our forever home. He was determined to make it happen all while, cautioning us not to get attached to it cause things happen. Vic and his group (The Rafeh Group) are well know in the valley, their past customers experiences gave extra confidence to the sellers and they chose to work with us because of the team that was representing us. I can not say how grateful we are to be able to open the door to our forever home. I would and I will recommend Vic to anyone looking to purchase a home he was amazing always kept us in the loop during all of escrow. THANK YOU VIC FROM THE BUSSE FAMILY!!!! Easiest home buying experience ever.

I had a disappointing experience. When I received calls, there was no introduction or explanation…read moreof who was calling, which came across as unprofessional and confusing. Good communication and courtesy are important, especially in real estate. A simple introduction at the beginning of the call would make a big difference in creating a positive experience for potential clients.
