My friend purchased a home through this company after seeing their listings on Zillow and it's the biggest mistake and regret ever, they have their homes listed as "move in ready" but failed to have an inspector check the home prior to listing it. I would avoid at all costs as they try to pass off a "lemon" with major defects off as livable. Avoid and choose someone that does their due diligence and do things the right way. All their positive reviews are written by friends and family. Very rude and unprofessional people with no remorse and they have a history of cutting corners.
