She got up from the bed to use the restroom and the pain in her foot was so bad that she passed out. The physical therapist and doctor took a look at her shoes from Rudolphs and said that they were like bricks and too long for her foot. They concluded that the shoes were the cause of her pain and why she passed out. Please reconsider this store if you are experiencing health issues with your feet. If I could have given a -10 stars I would have!!

They have lots of Keen too, but they were lacking the brands and shoes that a teenager would want. We were probably just not the right demographic. Store seems outdated and in need of a refresh. There was amble parking and I was greeted warmly when I walked in, asked if I could be helped and was immediately directed to the variety of boots included in the sale. I was only in the store about 10 minutes before making my purchase and as they had three registers open, there was hardly any wait. I received a kind "Have a nice day" before leaving. I had one other store to run to and upon leaving that store, I realized that I couldn't find my smart phone. Panicky, I checked all over the second store to no avail, had a stranger assist in calling it and left my home number with the staff in case it was turned in. I knew I only had one other place to check and went back to Shoe Carnival. Again, I was greeted immediately by a different employee, Adrienne (I'm not sure if I have the spelling right) who asked me to describe my phone case and retieved it instantly with a kind smile. I could have cried! Thank you to Shoe Carnival, Adrienne and whoever turned in my phone. I am truly appreciative of this business and the trust I have in the staff here. I went from having a pleasant shopping experience to them making my day! Thanks again!
