I've ordered online from here a couple times. The quality is like 'okay' it's not amazing. I got some distressed leggings. They were see through and just like didn't fit right. I'm only 5'2. So the distressed knees became distressed calf's. I wish they offered short options. But whatever. It's like Walmart quality at urban pricing. Which is annoying. This boutique is one of very few retail stores in the area at this time. It is a beautiful space. There was a good selection for women who wear size 10 or smaller. It would be great for those under 40. In the curvy section, there were bland solid color tees and hoodies. It was boutique pricing - which may be worth it if you really like an item. A clerk asked if they could help. I should've said yes to see if they could find something I'd like, that would be flattering on someone wearing clothes larger than a size 10. This is a larger boutique just minutes from Sioux Falls. They are open on Sunday, too. Liked their selection of clothes, shoes, jewelry and decorations. There is a spot for husbands and also one for children. read more

This isn't the first time I've ordered from Lauriebelles, but it was the last. Yesterday I received a notification from the app that they were having a sale I went on my app and found a pair of boots that I absolutely love at the same time I was watching my one year-old grandson. I accidentally completed my purchase without using my 25% off code. Within one minute of this purchase I emailed their customer service asking if the code could just be applied to my order. Today I got an email back saying no they couldn't do that and sadly yesterday when I forgot use the code was the day that it expired! So they would rather lose a customer then to make an adjustment of 25% off the item I had purchased yesterday because I was rushing. This is not a company I will deal with ever again and I hope that this review keeps anyone else from having the same issue. Customer service is huge to me and this customer service is a complete dud. Sadly they would probably be out of business if it wasn't for their affiliation with teen mom Chelsea DeBoer.
