Great customer service! They got us taken care of right away. Would highly recommend.read more

I have nothing positive to say about this company, specifically the owner, David Jones. We saw them…read moreat a bridal show and loved a suit they had on display. We decided to use them for our wedding suits, as they were able to provide suits we could buy for the same price as renting elsewhere. We went in for our initial meeting to get information about their contracts and to pick out what we would like. This was in June 2019 for our May 2020 wedding. We were told we didn't need to be looking at suits that far in advance, but we figured we would get some ideas. David was nice enough at this meeting, but we got the impression that he was trying to persuade us away from our ideas. David told us THEY would call US in a few months, late October. We hadn't heard from them, so I called the week after Thanksgiving asking when to come in to get the groomsmen sizes to order suits. They said they couldn't guarantee the suits would arrive in time, as they needed that information several weeks ago. They said we must come into the store within the next 3 days for sizing to try to get the suits in time. Thankfully, we were able to go up that weekend. We scheduled an appointment when they opened at 10:00am. When we arrived, the doors were locked and the lights were off. I called the store several times and no one answered. I continued to call and check the door every 5 minutes or so, and finally got through at 10:30. David answered and I explained how we had an appointment and had been waiting for a half hour already. David said he had been there with the doors open since 10:00, and was unaware of our appointment which had been scheduled with him. That day he was quite rude to all of the men and rushed the appointment. He had everyone try on the same jacket (all guys are VERY different sizes), and made his size estimate based on that. David assured us that the suits would be ordered that week, and should arrive beginning of February. David said we would need to come back to have the guys measured for tailoring, then again to check the tailoring. All the guys paid in full, instead of just a deposit. Everyone left feeling uncertain if the correct sizes would be ordered, and a little unsure of what exactly they had purchased. I called mid to end of January to make sure everything was still on track to arrive in a few weeks. David informed me that the suits had NOT been ordered yet! He also said he still needed payments from 3 of 4 guys. I told him I KNOW they all paid in full. He looked through the computer system, and began to argue that they had only paid the deposit. After a long discussion, he looked at the paper copy of his records and saw the guys had all paid in full. He assured me that he would order the suits that day to arrive the end of February. I called a week later to ensure the suits had been ordered (I wasn't trusting them to follow through) and had been told again, the suits hadn't been ordered but they would be ordered that day. I called the next day to ensure they had been ordered, and was greeted by David with a very gruff tone telling me to calm down because they had it under control. I explained my concerns and David continued to belittle me for having concerns and assured me that they would call when the suits arrived in February. We hadn't heard from them by mid March, so I called. They said the suits had arrived weeks ago and that the guys needed to get in for tailoring appts within a week. This is when the coronavirus was started in the area, so only immediate family is allowed at the ceremony. We only needed 2 of the suits, so I explained the situation to David. He told me that there was no way they could give any refund because they use deposits to order suits. I reminded him that all the guys paid in full, so we were hoping to get everything minus the deposit back. David continued to refuse so we scheduled an appt for the two guys to get tailored. 2 days later we got a call saying that the suits were in and the guys needed to come in for tailoring. I told them we already did. They continued to refuse any refunds at this appt. We picked the suits up a week later, and tried to express our concerns again. David became aggressive and continued talking over us. He emphasized that the contract stated deposits were non-refundable. We were only asking to be refunded everything beyond the deposit. He failed to understand what we were asking, even though we explained it several times in different ways. He continued talking over us and interrupting what we were saying. He was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!
